I brought a voucher at the petrol station for 100 it clearly says 100 on the voucher went to redeem i couldn't redeem, checked the balance it says 50. Went back into the servo 5mins later i was told i cannot get a refund i must talk to neosurf customer service. Sent in 10 different request not 1 have been responded.. sad as so many people are using neosurf they should be taken to court

registered with and the IP address of where I tried to use it are on different countries and asked me to explain it. I don't use VPN or anything along those lines, so there's no way I've done it. I did query whether it has to do with the casino I use or the site I bought the voucher off, but no response.
I see everyone has similar issues. I've sent multiple emails now about it and received no further response.
My next step will be contacting consumer affairs.
Definitely won't be using them ever again, and will recommend everyone I know not to use them either.
100% do not use. I transferred 100 bucks to account but when I try to pay, Neosurf says I need to verify transfer with a verification code sent to my phone. However the verification code never is received despite my correct phone number being recorded so now I am stuck. Customer service is useless. Please don't bother using this website.
Scam no after sales service – Neosurf is a scam. Being lock out of my account. Can't get in and I have $200 in it. Customer Service is non existent. Don't get sucked in. Zero stars.

nope nothing. So I tried to buy a gift card with it, atleast I get something right. NOPE that doesnt work either. Emailed them 20 times and they have promised to refund me since beginning of January. I am putting a case into the watch dog, this site should be illegal. Basically its a way for scammers to get your money, clearly they dont have trouble getting their money so its just a way to clean money for bad people

sensitive information like bank accounts which I am not prepare to share with these crooks. Therefore my money from what it looks and several other 1000s of customers are on "hold" in their pockets. Avoid them like the plague

@ Pam, did that already a few times and over a timeperiode of more than 9 weeks!! So I’ m not going to spend anymore time with your games! You have my name so if you are really here to help your costumers you can look it up!! But I doubt that if I look at alllll the other complaints about your company and product! A TOTAL SCAM – Its really easy to by their vouchers, but its impossible to use them and they wont give it back to you. Have tried to withdraw money from my account but the withdrawal option has been deactivated. Tried contacting them several times for assistance with no reply. At moment I just have to accept I've been stolen by them. Company owned by thieves.

Scam ripped off steer clear – Do not buy!!! I placed $200 on a card and it was not what my son was looking for. It told me I was aloud to withdrawal into my bank. Upon trying it told me it was unavailable right now. Numerous emails sent with no replies. There is no number to call. Worst customer services ever. I would never use this again or recommend it. Total scam I have know lost $200. Which is huge for me as I’m a single mum.
Do not use NEOSURF – I would give zero stars if possible. Neosurf withdrew money from my bank account and did not add it to my Neosurf account. Multiple attempts to contact, and 4 weeks later still no reply and no money. Do not deposit to neosurf from your bank account. If you have to use neosurf, buy vouchers only from retailer.
Neosurf is a purchasing voucher system but its basically a scam, even though its sold through High St shops – Neosurf have deliberately disabled the "withdraw" function so you cannot get your money or transfer it anywhere either. A TOTAL SCAM I'm warning people wherever I can on all the review sites. Hopefully if we can get enough genuine bad reviews out it will overwhelm the fake reviews they have on their own websites.
