The advertising for the product is nothing like what you get – Coffee sachets no longer labelled with which drink it contains. Now has 1 sachet covering all drink types. It definitely does not have thick white froth when you add the water unlike what is advertised on the box and TV. Have been using this product for many years.

Due to packaging supply constraints, some of our NESCAFÉ Café Creations range will be packed in our generic brown and white sachets that read "Creamy & Frothy Coffee". Please be assured, the contents inside the sachet will be the variety listed on the outer box and is still the same delicious coffee mix you know and love. We would also suggest if your coffee isn’t as creamy as you’d expect, make sure that you’re making it up with 150mls. This amount of water will give you the creamiest, smoothest cuppa. Adding more than this could result in your coffee tasting less creamy than normal.
