Excellent – i tried this product overall and i found that when there is a lot of noise in the room the receiver has trouble hearing me and the voice od the speaker is not as loud as i would like to. i just think there should have been a feature to connect the device to your computer speakers to hear the voice better. the soudn quality of the voice was perfect and it was very clear. good portability and small and compact. its easy to set up and has basic features. echo reduction. voice is not that loud for noisy environments.

OK – Is good for buiness and other family uses it is just the background which is the only problem. Most of the time, product is built for its purpose. The sound of whioch it produces is wonderful, nice and clear, non of the echoes and fuzziness that you can sometimes hear in the background. Nice easy and small and very simple to use. through by just plugging it to the back of the computer and read some of the instructions and you will be all good with hoe to use the device. Device is only good in a quiet or not so loud room. If there are other loud noises in the area it can be picked up giving the reseaver a jhard time.
