Extremely Poor Service. Email communication is incoherent; ambiguous messaging and lacking clarity, no identification who this company is in their emails and one is immediately suspicious if they are a SCAM. Customer Service and contact is absolutely poor and inadequate. Best to ask company selling the product , which courier they will us; at all costs avoid NEW AIM for ANY business at all. A disgrace.

the owners are Chinese. Products a so late in arriving I doubt if I will even get what I ordered. Its a big scam and I will never use or reccomend them.

This company is a scam – Stay away from kogan one shop and new aim. These companies do not meet ACCC requirements, they do not have any customer service. They will not ship your order, or refund your money. They are the lowest of the low life scums.

Memory foam knee pillow – So I brought a memory foam knee pillow through Myer and these guys supplied it. They shoved the knee pillow in a bag 10 times smaller and I’ve received it, ohh delivery was delayed too…squashed! It’s going back to the supplier and will not be buying anything ever again from this crap company!! Didn’t even want to give them a star rating.

Zero customer support – Bought a New Aim Artiss bed and New Aim Giselle mattress via Kogan. Got the mattress but not the bed. Three weeks later and nothing except frustration. that's a fun game that leads nowhere. Emailed customer support who ignored everything I wrote and just said it was a delivery issue. Seems they are too busy building new offices and warehouses and making the Rich List to actually care about customers.

out ,ok few hours later I got one update that is my tracking number, until 2 days later tracking number was not responding , third day I call again about tracking number not showing any results, what I do , they said wait until Tuesday. Ok Wednesday I call to Delevery department about tracking number and they can’t find my parcel too. Still investigating and I m stuck because they don’t refund because first they have to investigate, don’t know how many days more it will take ….if anyone wants to buy something don’t waste your time and money with this company. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! – I am so so disappointed with my 2 new pairs of glasses They are totally fine for long distance but for me to read anything I have to rely on my old glasses! I paid top $$ for top of the range multifocals and I have NEVER been so disappointed!! So sadly will NEVER return to Oscar Wylee!

And if the business your buying from uses these people then I advise you to shop with someone else, MYER Online uses these guys and now my parcels have been half delivered with 1 parcel missing. My online order was completed in 1 hit and the parcel should have had 2 items in it, but instead, New Aim sent out half the order and now, not only can't they find my second item, it looks like they may have palmed it off onto another courier but they can't tell me if they did that or not, so now when I check my tracking number for my second item, its showing up as being with 2 couriers at the same time, which isn't true because only 1 courier can have my parcel, I'm pretty disgusted right now, because I rang New Aim yesterday to see why my parcel was still sitting at their depot and they had nothing to tell me except, sorry about this we will look into it and someone will get back to you asap, well you guys gave me the same crap story last week when I rang to see why parcel was coming in 2 separate lots and I've heard nothing from last weeks phone call and so nothing has gotten any better or even changed, your hopeless.

Item never arrived! – I ordered an item from Big W, which is shipped / issued by New aim, and it never arrived. What's worse, is there is no way of tracking your item, as they don't provide any form of shipment updates. DO NOT USE! I doubt I'll get my money back!

never got item – I bought a water pump from ozplaza living and a month later looked up contact number and it turns out its newaim working under another name as I can see why... just hope paypal return the payment money to me stay clear of them both... very corrupt

under different names on different online retailers (Giselle Mattresses, Artiss bedframe etc) so if you try to Google one of those brand, it will have a fancy website with no contact or physical address...and behind it all is New Aim Pty Ltd. Purchased an Artiss Bed Frame from Amazon and It's been a horror nightmare dealing with this dodgy seller. No phone/address so you are stuck with writing emails after emails with extremely slow response time and to top it off... obnoxious, unprofessional and rude customer service!!! They arranged to pickup the item I wanted to return on Christmas Eve!...waited all day and no one show up, then after the new year, was kept waiting again all day, called the courier 5 times and their courier finally came late in the evening. Still waiting for refund after weeks..Amazon is now sorting it out. Do your research before buying any product associated directly with this company!
