So easy to switch over – I complicated the process and they sorted it out for me. So easy to deal with. Their support team is professional, patient, and extremely helpful. I'm in Victoria and email was quick and efficient responses at all times.

although we had to wait a week,as soon as the technician installed nbn box all I had to do was plug in my modem and BOOM we were online! I love newsprout! They've made life simpler and easier!

Not bad – The setup was easy at the start, but they quickly changed their data plans and made you pay more for the new plans (this happened twice over 18 months) When there is a cut out of internet they give excuses and never reimburse in any way. No one in their office over the weekend, so if you have any issues you have to wait until the Monday and then they call you at work, so it is to their hours. NBN was fast.

Try Newsprout as this is how it should be – Newsprout have hosted my web site and business emails for the last 5 years and they have been great to deal with. Awesome! – These guys are a breath of fresh air after dealing with the big bureaucracies that dominate this space. I have hosted a website with Newsprout for about 5 years and been an ADSL customer for about 2 years. Not a single issue during that time and speeds are awesome. Also have moved home twice with these guys and it has been seamless. Highly recommended.

Great Aussie Provider With Onshore Support! – I did a lot of research into NBN service providers as I had the worst experience with a long-running issue with iiNet and refused to automagically sign up with the 'big' providers (iiNet, Internode, TPG, etc). plans. After some Whirlpooling and talking to the local sales/support guys, I signed up to their 50/20 plan with no fixed contract term. Apart from one outage, which was an NBN hardware fault at the Footscray exchange, I had no issues with the service and am happily streaming web content like Netflix and iView without any speed or connectivity problems. They offer email local support, which I was wary of at first, but their response time is fantastic, as is their follow up.

After six months, I am a very happy customer and have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who is looking for an Aussie provider with onshore support.
