Nick Scali Pronto Dining Table

Customer service is rediculas – I bought a 6 setter dinning table 2 years ago, it was 24 months interest free. I need to pay it in 24 months by myself, they did not tell me. I thought it will be added my go master card account and took money from there because I have go master card balance $8000. Onward, service man did not tell me anything. After 24 months, card took 34% interest from me and I was shocked, Called them, they explained to me and told me service person should tell me that. Anyway, after that I went to Wiley park Harvey Norman (bought it here), ask about that and another guy asked money for any other services. He told its not their fault its my fault also said I signed a document regarding it. Told me why I did not read it through. Then I told him I did not sign any paper when I bought . He said he will show me that paper after 1 week. It's been more than two week still he did not call me.

Indeed, dinning section service is totally hectic.. i have more than 50 family here , told everyone not do any shopping from harvey Norman. Definately they will not go any more to do rubbish. Please all viewers, read it nicely you will understand their service. Thanks

Good service by the by sales staff and friendly delivery team – I was please with the friendly customers service provided at the store. The delivery man was very efficient and professional. The dinning glass table is nice and was very happy that delivery service include assembling.

Fantastic Table, Absolutely Love It - A Great Buy – This table is really great. We have hosted lots of dinner parties and this suits every occasion. Can dress it up with a beautiful table cloth, or leave it bear. Easily fits 8-10 people. Solid and beautiful, well designed.
