I can't log in because I am not receiving any gmails back for help with the password. All I want to do is look at the catalogue, but to do that I need to know how many points I have. Please assist

Very slow you scan the docket then have to scan every item put in price. It's a very slow process. Wondering if it is worth it. Would take forever to scan your weeks worth of groceries or am I doing it wrong?
Hi we have been members for years and have redeemed points at many times but recently we installed the app again and can no longer bring up the area where you redeem your points. Have rang a couple of times and get an asian speaking person each time and they just send a new app to reinstall, which we do but doesn't fix the problem. Any ideas? regards Steve
No idea. I'm on Android. In the app I click on rewards on the bottom line and there's the redeem feature on the blue bar up the top. Which OS are you on?
my wife has it on Apple but for many years we had no problems, now we cannot access the area where you redeem your points. So no idea what is going on :(
I can't get my app to work properly. Maybe 1 in 10 tries gets it to open. Anyone else had a phone call asking why no meat or veges been scanned for the last month and told when I said I couldn't scan batteries that they are only interested in consumables.

I’ve not had issues with app to date. Best bet is email the help desk for assistance. They’re quick to reply. Think it’s based in NZ, but not sure.
I've tried to ring aust but the number is wrong. I can't find it online. I can't put through my shopping. I've tried everything but the app wont work

No, I rang them. Tney said it was an Android problem and they'd notify me when it was fixed. I tried again yesterday but still not working
I have earnt a $5 and $10 voucher. But anytime i try to unlock it says I must complete my profile. Help what do I do?

Hi John, I received an email advising of an update to the Rewards catalogue. It is now accessed through your NielsenIQ app. (see extract below) 2. Access our gift catalogue from your app! No more logging into the website – simply tap on the ‘Rewards’ section in the latest version of our app, then tap on the ‘Redeem’ button. You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) via sms and then you will be able to browse the catalogue!
Been there but so many pages to go through. Where can I find a simple listing?
If you click rewards in the app, enter the validation code from your phone then click All Catalog items there is a search bar to enter Gift Cards, if that's what you need, with filter value low to high or high to low - you could try a specific store or "gift cards kids" etc
I want to log into the catalogue. Trying to go through it on a mobile is too difficult on a small screen. I suspect they are making it hard to discourage people from using their points. If I can't get on to it through my computer I'll be ending my participation - what'[s the use of supplying them data for no rewards?
You're right. Can never get on through the website. Tried entering specific stores but app couldn't find them but when I scrolled through all the stores lo and behold there they were. Have been scanning for many years and it used to be easy to get decent rewards but has got harder and there are not really any decent rewards to get. I agree they don't want you to redeem your points for decent rewards.
I have read all of the reviews so this is probably a stilly question! Even with all the hassle to claim rewards, is this worth doing given everyone is strapped for cash? Thanks!
It takes about 10-15mins for me to go through the receipts and scan or count stuff so if you are in a rush when you get home it can be a bit annoying. I only do groceries and pet store stuff so my reward is around $100/yr for a single person. I was going to stop but it's still $100! Helped me update my Fitbit last year and this year go towards a new microwave. Getting into the reward catalogue is not as easy as it should be, maybe that's just me. But if you find the process of recording tedious (never offered a scanner to do on the run) it's probably not for you?
Myles, babsncats is accurate with her description. My problem was not with the scanning but with accessing the reward catalogue. This problem has now been fixed and I have to say that the choice of rewards is quite extensive. I've managed to build up a $600 balance in just under 5 years. Well worth it for a little inconvenience. You can earn extra by joining other Nielsen panels.
What is the website to claim rewards for NielsenIQ homescan. I have the points but the app does not tell me where to claim reward
I had the same issue, was not able to redeem any points accumulated. Ended up chucking it in as it’s not worth the time involved and was quite misleading.
Rewards page very difficult to find. It's on a different webpage. Have to log in again with password, then another one time passcode sent to your phone, then enter your birthdate, which I found difficult to do the way they had it. Completely un user-friendly. The whole Nielsen website only gives you three chances to login before you are locked out.
I agree. Don't know how many times I have tried to get to login. So darned difficult. Why do Nielsen make it so hard?

Yes, but you'll have to download the electronic receipt to work through your goods

Do you mean how do you redeem your points for rewards? It's pretty easy. Once you have logged into the website, click on the Rewards menu at the top right side of the screen, click on rewards catalogue, enter your date of birth in the security question, click on the rewards you want, and then click on the "Add to Basket" button.
When you have finished, just checkout from your basket.
If you are picking electronic gift cards (they are my fave) they are usually emailed quickly.
im struggling to log onto the website. Ive contacted help support. No clue when they will get back to me. I just want to unlock my $10 or $5 voucher.
