I purchased Biocorneum scar treatment from this supplier. When I transacted the purchase I did think it was an Australian website and then was concerned after I realised that it wasnt. I then googled reviews on NineLife Australia and saw such terrible reviews on this platform that I thought perhaps Id fallen victim also. I placed my order on the 22nd July and received my product today the 15th August - well within the nominated supply time allowing that it was coming from the US. I had several tracking updates provided and based on this experie...

Paid over $200 for a medical box required for an animal shelter with lots of dogs on medication. Saved and purchased this box as we are a charity. Continued to receive emails to say its been delayed, never receivd a dispatch email. Requested refund.

Ordered Dale NasoGastric Tube Holder that come in packs of 50 (Ref 160 - Large) as per ordering information on pack. Was charged $73.00 for one only. Beware!

Luckily they had it on special at $111 down from $182...Hydralite Variety Powder, and even luckier for me I found elsewhere for $32.

Was worried about purchasing after negative site reviews but product was high quality and am very satisfied with my purchase.

My husband has terminal cancer. This means we need to buy lots of medical products. Without fail NineLifes prices are outright gouging. Eg, PEG/Gastric tube pads are $17.99 for one dozen on Amazon Australia, but the same pads, same quantity on NineLife are $87.60 allegedly at 40% off! Do what our stoma nurse suggested. Buy cotton makeup remover pads and cut a slit in them. $1.50 for 80 at your supermarket.

Order took twice as long as promised. Then was missing 1 off the 2 items.
Do not use this company, claim to be from Australia but everything come from the USA.

I ordered a drop foot brace. It took 5 weeks to arrive, I wore it once and the tape separated. Cannot wear it now. Cost $151.00 including delivery. They asked me to send it back but after reading the reviews I am reluctant as I may not get another one returned AND I am not obliged to pay the return postage. Their product is poor quality, they must pay out of pocket expenses. I asked if they had a return delivery address in Australia to which they did not reply. NOT GOOD ENOUGH AND UNLESS THEY SEND ME ANOTHER (AFTER WHICH I WILL RETURN THE FLAWED ONE) I AM NOT PREPARED TO SEND IT BACK IN CASE I LOOSE MONEY

Ordered magnetic underlay. Received a Kmart standard single bed one months later ordered Queen size. Worth under a fifty dollars. Only bought because it stated was from Australia. Paid $650! Total rip off. One star because I actually received Something!

This company over inflates prices significantly. Please be careful. For eg a myofacial releaser cupping set direct from the company cost $100. On there website they market it as RRP$400 and discount it for you to $240. Purely based on this i would steer well away

Taking a free sample size of product and selling for 340 gram size which is the only size available to sell
The whole set up is smoke and mirrors no return call on Australian number listed
Email elicits an email response ticket open the very next day an email saying ticket closed
Thieves that use deceptive misleading advertising
Do not do business with them and for those who have share on all your social media so no one else gets scammed contact ACCC and any party to close these thieves down in Australia

Company is a total scam. Have an NZ website but then send from USA (apparently, more likeley from India) then tell you it takes a week to pack???? Then takes 2 weeks before they even send, another week to leave the USA (or India) then say its been delivered ...don't give them any money!

They stole $3,500 & only sent 2 of 24 boxes that we ordered & they were not the right product and certainly not as advertised.. They operate out of India, not Australia - it’s a scams. Save your money! This is all we got for $3,500. $200 worth of incorrect and useless product. Customer service is terrible, just cut and paste replies
