American Lollipops – I was worried i wasn't going to receive my lollipops over in America as i had made my purchase before reading reviews. I made my online purchase on 25th November and just received them yesterday 13th December. The website did advise me it would be roughly 26 days for delivery. 22nd July and received my product today the 15th August - well within the nominated supply time allowing that it was coming from the US. I had several tracking updates provided and based on this experience have to say I am very happy with my purchase and delivery. They delivered before time, provided timely tracking updates and the product was as represented and the genuine article. Couldnt ask for nor expect more, Thank You!

I did receive my product but the tracking in USA was terrible – product was stuck in NJ from 08/10 - 02/11 with no movement- so ordered on 08/10 and received 10/11. But happy it was a genuine Algonot product.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Ninelife charge double or triple the price for items. Look elsewhere and compare the prices. You will never buy from Ninelife. Also they are not in Australia. They did deliver the item, but the price was exorbitant. The good news is that when I moved fast to ask for a refund and obeyed their very stringent conditions and returned the item with full tracking, they did give me a refund. It’s worth persevering.

can buy one unit elsewhere for under $20 so thats a markup of over 800% more than normal retail price. I just looked at ninelife website and they are selling the same product for between $92 and $350.00 (usually they are under $20). they are charging over 1750% more than retail on the one unit if you were to buy it at $350. am waiting to see if they refund or if i have to reverse the charges. Please do not make purchases on this website. We ordered Choline and it arrived with less than 2 months to expiry date. We then had to engage in a long email dispute to cancel the bottles that hadn’t yet arrived as we had ordered multiple and only received 2. We ended up losing some money and have yet to receive the refund they agreed to give us. We absolutely regret buying from them and thinking they were a local Australian brand.

Forget these guys – These guys have the worst service I've experienced in a long time. I paid a premium because they claimed to be Australian and I wanted what I purchased quickly. be patient and gave them ample opportunities to resolve the issue, but my patience eventually ran out. Their responses lacked transparency—just a series of excuses and empty promises. To make matters worse, when I finally requested a refund due to their inability to fulfil my order, they only offered a partial refund of 10% or a discount voucher for future purchases. Neither option is acceptable, considering they failed to provide the products I paid for.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I really don’t understand how a business can operate like this—with no accountability, no transparency, and no respect for their customers.
