Within minutes of trying to buy a subscription my credit card details were stolen – Within minutes of trying to buy a subscription my credit card details were stolen and somebody was trying to use them to buy clothing in Hong Kong. Fortunately Visa blocked all the dodgy activity, but I had to cancel my card.

They are stolen my money and banned me – They have stolen my money and then banned me after 5 or 6 years using them...I asked them to pay my money but they don't answered my ticket and after sending them another ticket, they banned me...when a user with 5 or 6 years using nitroflare doesnt have safety so the new memebr's money will be stolen easily...

good service have renewed recently – Have been using for 5months now and have had excellent results. I have sent links to uploaded files to my friends and there have been no issues. Mostly use to download material that have available links. All these previous reviews don't make any sense. Perhaps having trouble finding links. Great service. would recommend to all

Worst program and fraud so DONT PAYY!!!!!!! – AVOID NITROFLARE at all costs. THIEVES AND SCAMMER, PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, it's a scam and a fake product being oversold. on how you handle the data and how they will thereto you to pursue litigation on you for seeking refund especially if you are European, you are protected under the European consumer [protection act and Nitroflare is based out of Cyprus so they will threaten you but don't be scared and stand up for you right. . Trust pilot reveals their true colour and so many bad reviews and exposing their malign activities so DONT BUY FROM HERE AS there are other great services which have polite and helpful customer service for a product that will work and is it what they advertised.

Rotten To The Center Of The Center Of The Center Of The Gourd – Lousy tech support, will not issue a refund if your dissatisfied, does not have a search file feature. I couldn't find anyway to cancel or delete my account. Don't even waste your money, Their affiliate program is probably just as bad or worst.

Can I give them 0 stars? – I paid Nitroflare for a 3 month subscription. It was slow but worked okay for the first 24 hours. Then I began getting disconnects using a download manager, which is weird because I've never had issues like that. I downloaded 4Gb of a 25Gb download and was disconnected for 24 hours. "support" people to be told the problem does not exist! Luckily I paid by credit card and contacted my bank to get a refund. Go to another file hoster because NitroFlare is terrible.

Misleading Product Information, Terrible Customer Service – I purchased a premium membership, however I couldn't download a single file unless I purchased additional bandwidth because they will not let you download files larger than/exceed a daily download limit of 25gb. Their terms of service and product pages make no mention of these details, in the end I am now dispusting this company over fair trading/misleading business practices.

Premium does not mean premium, they DELETE your files randomly – So, I have done a lot of research online about file sharing/backup. Found a great site that when I had signed up to premium gave me a massive amount of disk space, 10TB to be exact. to hard to knock back. I know the risks of uploading files to the "cloud" so I archive my files with a password protection and encryption, just so the case maybe that if anyone gets to my files, they cannot have any access to them. You know, taking risks is not part of my everyday cloud storage regime, I do the same with Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.

Anyway the other day, I looked at the disk space and was completely shocked that after uploading TB of data, that I had only used 300GB, I had to investigate, I had deleted one file, because I had already uploaded it, and thought that I would look at all other deleted files, and to my assessment, NitroFlare.com has been deleting files on me since day one, they class it as an 'Inactive file", I guess because I had not been "sharing" the files and they classed it as not making them money, although I paid for premium, they still delete files randomly, now I did contact them and they sate to me that:

"If a file wasn't active or watched for 14 days

we delete it since it is was uploaded by a 'Free' User. (60 days if a user is premium)

This is mentioned under our terms of service:

So after reading the whole TOS, I CANNOT find in it anywhere, where it states that they do this, it is NOT in the TOS at all, so they are lairs, cheats and will delete random files, I have files on my drive that are way older than 60 days, yet they claim that it is in the TOS, so if anyone can see it, please point it out to me, but I have a copy of the TOS in PDF and it does NOT state anywhere up to the date I contacted them anything about deleting any files - PERIOD.

These people are liars, cheats, thieves because I paid for a service and they are not offering me that service.
