not before threatening to come and remove the gate from our property. He then emailed me saying to keep the gate and that once again a customer has screwed him over.

I'm glad I didn't pay him, as the gate has since slipped off it's hinges and damaged the fence post in doing so.

Totally unprofessional and would not recommend him at all.

stated in our terms of contract and accepted by the customer, when they accept the Quote and pay the deposits.

When the customer was advised of these delays they refused to accept them and began to harass with endless phone calls. I finally answered the phone and I spoke to the customers partner (who was calm and able to talk about the issue) to which they suggested paying the supplier directly (on top of already paying the deposits) to help speed up the process, I reluctantly agreed.

Before No Bull Fencing arrived the next day to started construction I was harassed again with another 30+ phone calls from the customer. The customer was advised before the job started that due to our heavy work load we would be there at midday each day. The customer either ignored this or didn't care and demanded we be there earlier.

No agreement was made to work on the Saturday or Monday.

The next planned work day was Tuesday. The fence was completed on Tuesday. On Wednesday I was advise that a section of the fence was short in height by 3cm. I was on site within the hour to rectify the issue. The fence now meets NSW Pool Regulations. The comment about the customer having to finish the job themselves is a complete lie. Photos of the completed section were sent via text message the the customers partner upon completion on Wednesday.

No Bull Fencing does however accept the mistake of demolishing the fence before funds for the materials were available, resulting in said delays. This mistake will not be made in the future.

No Bull Fencing understands the customers concerns but WILL NOT tolerate harassment and hostility.

Worst Tradesman Award – We got a quote from [name removed] Fencing, paid our 25% deposit and had to chase him for a date. He originally said Monday, finally turned up on Tuesday lunch time, removed our boundary fence that is also a pool fence and then he left without a word. Wednesday. Given we had no pool fence or boundary fence between us and the neighbours (we both have dogs) we had no choice but were very wary. We paid the 25% but no sign of him on Wednesday. After multiple calls he finally answered and said he wasn't coming until the money was in the account. My partner spoke to him and there was some story about not having the money to buy the timber. We said we would pay the wood yard for the hardware given our concern about safety with the pool not having a fence. So we pays $950 to the wood yard and he said it was too late to do anything on Wednesday and would be there Thursday. Thursday comes and no [name removed]. I rang and rang his phone ..... no answer.....eventually sent me a text after lunch to say he was on his way....put in a few posts and left again. Same on Friday .... a few hours in the afternoon and still no fence. Committed to being there on Saturday otherwise we said we needed a temporary fence. Didn't turn up. Didn't turn up on Monday. Finally turned up on Tuesday after I spoke with NSW Fair Trading. Finished the main fence but left one side at 1.77m - 3cm short of pool regulations. Decided to finish the fence ourselves and end our nightmare. Assume this review will be followed miraculously by several excellent reviews within a day of each other - highly questionable.!! Like the last bad review which reads just like ours.

Would definitely recommend – I rang No Bull Fencing to quote on a 2.4m high lap and cap timber fence. Matt turned up very promptly and his price was cheaper than 2 other quotes I had already received. Great service and excellent build – No Bull fencing have been great in providing a competitive quote and fulfilling the quote with a top quality job. Our job needed old fence and retaining wall taken away and new retaining wall and fence built. Can't fault these guys, cleaned up everything, leaving a great new retaining wall and fence. Highly recommend.

Best on the beaches – Matt and his guys were prompt professional and a pleasure to deal with. We have use Matt for number of jobs and it has always been simple and efficient process . Add to this they are very well priced I wouldn't look elsewhere for fencing needs again Cheers Simon

Don't give this guy progress payments! – It all started out very promising with him making suggestions that saved me money. Then he asked for a hefty progress payment which I made even though in his contract it states 50% deposit the rest on completion. He then took off for over a week to another job! called me while I was out & told me the job was 90% complete & that he wanted another progress payment. When I said if the job is 90% complete let's just wait until it's done I got this big sad story about how he didn't have enough money to register his truck or pay his workers. A discussion followed about how I was afraid if I made another payment he'd take off to another job for another week or so.

After he promised that would not happen I relented & agreed to make another payment. When he asked me to do it immediately on my smartphone I got suspicious & only paid a small amount. When I got to the house the fence was only 50% complete. Naturally I was quite upset that I had been lied to & angry with myself for believing him but just let it go. When he found out I hadn't made the full payment amount the abusive text messages began & he refused to finish the job. My builder (we were renovating at the time) then took over handling him & managed to get him to turn up a couple of times for an hour or so at a time. The site is 625 sm & after 7 weeks & still no finished fence we sacked him.
