Stay away from this American company. Try to suck you in with big discounts only to say you can’t use them unless you spend a heap of money on their products!! Terrible responses from the company who feel they were offering me a good deal.
I placed an order with NoblTravel and paid in full for suitcases. After payment, I received no order confirmation, no shipping details, and no communication from a human. The only responses I’ve received are from their AI customer service bot. Initially, the bot told me there was an “internal status mismatch” and that the issue had been escalated to the logistics team. Despite this, nothing happened.
After emailing multiple times with no human response, the AI bot then told me my order shows as “cancelled” in their system — without any explanation, refund, or prior notification. It claimed my case was being transferred to a “specialist team,” but again, no one has contacted me.
At this point:
I don’t have the goods
I don’t have a refund
I can’t reach a real person
Emails go unanswered
This feels incredibly unprofessional and concerning for a company handling online payments. Until NoblTravel provides transparent communication, real customer support, and timely refunds, I would strongly recommend avoiding them.
