This company is greedy and conducts itself like a predator. I paid for a 30 day plan at a reduced fee. I did not subscribe to any other service and yet I have been now charged for another 2 months at full rate. Never received any emails or even a receipt. I've tried to cancel but of course, you need to get onto the chat line to do that. I've… Read more
emailed their customer support and received an email from their "AI Assistant" confirming that I had 2 active subscriptions! What a total lie and joke. They've confirmed that I will no longer be charged. As a precaution I've complained to my bank and flagged the potential of being charged again. It is not acceptable to take advantage of people.
I signed up for free trial then they say I’ve subscribed be aware I’ve cancelled by email but they send a reply saying a human will contact you and they do not
I bought the whole body massager. It did not work for over 2 months. I bought numerous pads. The pads did not last a month, like I was told. This is not a good purchase.I would not suggest it.
Being billed since last October 2024 at $39.00 per month for something I didn’t ask for nor do I want or need
I have been stung like many others who have posted reviews... They continue to steal money from my account for a 'subscription' that I never asked for. They refuse to cancel the Plan saying I have to send evidence that I have tried the plan twice.. What plan? I have not received one.I wish I had read these reviews first and am sorry so many others have also been scammed. What sort of company are they when they have no integrity or honesty?
Scam!!! Don’t buy from this company. Signs you up for a mysterious membership and chargers you a monthly fee… no where on the website does it show a membership option or have an easy option to cancel this service. Avoid at all cost!!!!
Ordered an item, phoned them 10-15 minutes later to stop order, but they said they had already shipped it. That was an outright lie, as I got an email several days later to say the item was being shipped that day. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Playing in peoples' insecurities. Placed an order for 4 week plan. App didn't work, and from day 6 was all locked. No response to emails, so I rang to cancel, only to be told that I had signed up to a subscription! Who knew? Not me. Anyway, was told that I'd be given access and subscription cancelled. Let's see next month what happens.
I remember looking at there site, I was going to buy but never had enough in my account sent email to cancel never heard back from them. now they are trying to take money out of my bank account. I haven't received anything from them at all s why are they trying to take money. I've attached from a photo from my bank account. I now have to pay this so I'm not over drawn.
I HATEvTHEM – I have not enough bad words in my vocabulary to describe this company! MAJOR SCAMMERS! I paid for a 12-week Edema course but the app never worked properly and 40% of the videos didn't work. Plus the exercises were too simple and repetitive. I complained and they told me to delete app and download again. It didn't change an iota, I actually gave up… Read more
using it after 4 weeks. Then at the end of those 12 weeks I was charged $159 (94USD) as an auto renewal!!! Are you crazy??? Why on earth would I want to renew an app that doesn't work and how dare you auto renew when your course says "12 weeks" [Content Removed]!! After complaining they agreed by mail to pay me back but they still haven't and PayPal seems to take their side. I am BEYOND PISSED and will harass them forever!
Why ? – I've been charged $29.00 for something I haven't purchased why is this ?

Bad quality app money grabbing developers – Make it impossible to terminate. The app was glitchy. Videos don't register as being watched so you feel like your progress won't be recorded. The customer service are not with it either. You go to cancel the subscription, then the app says to do it at the place you signed on which was long since closed. You go to the developer page, and it says… Read more
to message them through their portal to cancel. You get an email after that and that email then says to call them to cancel. You call them and they try to sell you more and ignore the instruction to simply cancel. It does not need to be this complex to simply cancel a subscription. If I get charged a subscription after this there will certainly be an update. I don't like how that made me feel uneasy that they will just ignore and will just continue to charge because of their system fails.
Ripped off no service and faulty APP – Purchased a 28 day Edema course. I double checked with Nooro that is was a once off payment and not a recurring subscription, the response I received from their AI bot follows: "The Edema-Relief 4-Week Plan that you signed up for is a single purchase, not a monthly subscription. You won't be automatically charged for any future plans unless you… Read more
decide to purchase them yourself."
GUESS WHAT I got charged another month and they won't honour the email I got from them saying I wouldn't be charged. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY also the app for the course didn't work properly so totally ripped off.

Know better, choose better.
Stay away – Knee brace , not comfortable , over priced . Making absolutely no difference at all to my knee pain . Also somehow they signed me as vip and ripped me off $29.90 for that as well . Stay away from this crowd .
Scam - stay away – It’s an absolute scam. Proceed with caution, they make you subscribe to a health club package & then continue to charge you $29 subscription fee. The customer service is non supportive
Ripoff – Paid $99.95 for Nooro foot massager, didn’t receive confirmation of order. Customer support is AI , not real people. The item I finally received( from China) does not have the Nooro brand name on it and can be purchased on eBay for $39.95- $60 less than from Nooro by With Reach Australia Pty Ltd,(who are not contactable)! The product I received… Read more
seems to work fine ( so far used it twice) but would buy from eBay, not Nooro. Overall, a ripoff and bad experience!
Approach with Caution – I bought a patella knee brace for about AU$50. It turned up soon enough and I tried it but found it no better than other solutions and somewhat less comfortable. I doubt the "science" behind it. But my real experience that sticks is that I found myself signed up to a mysterious $29 a month subscription to something I know nothing about, and for… Read more
which I never subscribed. I stopped the automatic payment and wrote to Nooro for a refund and I expect a response soon before I approach "Fair Trading".
SCAMMERS – SCAM!!!! This is the same scenario I have experienced: Scammers Ordered a knee brace for $49.95. The web site then opened another page selling other merchandise with buttons to click to proceed. There was no button to click to just get the knee brace. Right at the bottom there was some text hyperlink to continue just with the knee brace. I… Read more
proceeded to payment and submitted it for $49.95. An email came confirming the order for the brace item PLUS another item for a subscription to a newsletter for FREE but only free for 14 days after which they will bill me $39 per month. In other words, they were relying on me to see $49.95 on my credit card statement and think all was in order then start billing me in once a month hoping I would not notice. This business is a scam. I emailed them about the practice. Avoid these scammers.
Scam!!! – Scammers. They continue billing you for a subscription. The app was rubbish could not access the full 4 week program and then got billed for another month to keep the access to something I couldn't use. Do not use PayPal to deal with these people.
What a scam. Do not go near Nooro for any product – Knee brace purchased then were charging me for all these add ons. Do not ever purchase anything from this company. Only offer 35% of the purchase price and then many emails back and forth. I will be contacting Paypal and requesting a full refund.
Unlawful subscription – I bought a knee brace. Next thing they are billing me for some health subscription. Took $39 out of my PayPal without my permission. Have refused to refund me for something I didn't ask for in the first place. I am an elderly pensioner on Limited income. Worried. Want my money back.

I emailed them about the practice and they apologised for the inconvenience but not for the scam in the first place! They provided an AU number for me to call to cancel the subscription which I will do but not being able to trust them means I called the bank to reissue me with a new card meaning I will have to go through all the direct debits attached to the card and update the details. I didn't challenge the $49.95 for the knee brace on the off chance it will help. Avoid these scammers.
They had an Australian phone number to call regarding cancelling the subscription service. It had a… Read more
