No issues – Works well, no issues. Used for running and walking. Built in fan doesn’t do much especially as that’s where you put an iPad. Folds up and down easily when not using

Warranty should be longer – This treadmill worked well for 18 months, but after 30 hours (600kms) of use stopped working altogether. A company technician fixed it for $425 but said we might need to spend a couple of hundred dollars more soon on a belt and mat. In Canada the warranties are 2 years it would be good if they were here too.
