Noritake

Crockery arrived broken and poor customer service – Ordered over $450 in a fine bone china plates and cutlery set. Dinner plates alone were $40 EACH and packaging was inadequate. 2 plates arrived broken and while these are being replaced which I would expect as a minimum service. As I had accumulated enough points ($1 point per $10 spent) to add some soup spoons to my order - after all they were already sending 2 replacement plates I was informed this was “against policy” and I would need to order these separately and pay for postage.
The quality of crockery is pretty average - looks and feel like the Coles cook and dine range.
I would not recommend this company or their products due to a lack of customer service.
