Noritake Fleur de Provence

Best dinner set I have purchased – I have found this dinner set not only beautiful and stylish in its presentation but also practical. The tea cups fit snugly on the saucer and yes they do hold a small biscuit or two without mishap. The bowls are a perfect size. My friends and family absolutely love the design and my daughter has purchased a set for herself. I highly recommend this dinner set for both casual and formal occasions.

Not up to Noritakes name – I am very disappointed with this dinnerware.The cups don't sit properly in the saucers (which aren't even wide enough to sit a biscuit or two on securely because of the too wide ring for the cup),,constantly spilling the contents as they slide about .They don't even sit properly inverted .The set is difficult to keep clean, even in a dishwasher , and wash and dry because of the moulding swirls on the design and the plates are too wide, the bowls too small.Having had a Noritake ironstone setting for thirty years I wish Ihad just kept it.. colouring impractical and poorly manufactured.
