Norman Honeycomb Shades

The blind is vertical which not many suppliers make. Having previously had Luxaflex vertical honeycomb blinds that were great, I can see where the differences are for price. Norman are less expensive but unfortunately we are unhappy with the product. It does not stack back as compactly. We have been left with a gap at the bottom about 2cm so the blind does not seal (which is the point with honeycomb blinds). When across the window the pale off white looks fine but when stacked back it looks a dirty yellowish colour. The track does not glide smoothly. Originally we were going to get quotes for more windows but will be looking elsewhere. We did approach the rep but his solution for the bottom of the blind was to add a light blocker rail to our window surround which for us is not desirable. So stuck with a blind that is short.
