I also had problems with the spray deoderant so much so, I stopped using the product all together. Then whilst shopping I noticed two new fragrances in the range...I thought it's been over 6 years since I last used Norsca deodorant surely that have sorted the nozzle problem by now. I purchased one each of the new fragrances - BAM ! Both faulty. How have they gotten away with a faulty product for so long ?? They are literally taking money for nothing....
Still not spraying September 2024. I love the smell but I have to keep the one old sprayer from years ago which still works
Where would I find the batch number for the baby powder Norsca spray on
It's not the actual product we are having trouble with but the new roll-on dispenser. The roller ball is too loose and drips everywhere and consequently the dispenser is empty in a few days. After 20 plus years of using Norsca Roll-on deoderant we will have to change.
why has the green fresh line changed? I bought two the other day and it smells like fly spray

Has anyone notice a problem with the spray deodorant? The last 3 l bought didnt last long at all although there was still some liquid left in the can. I know not to tilt the can while spraying. I tend to think there is a problem with the nozzle. Been a long time user with all the family liking it. I wish they would leave things as they are. Some of the sprays are very hard to use if you have small hands or problems like arthritis.
I've had problems with the cans too. The first can I purchased and kept for 4 weeks in our laundry storage cupboard appeared to have leaked (only explanation I can think why it was empty, unless my cat used it) and the nozzle no longer worked. After interrogating my family and sworn statements that no one had used the can (as it sits in our supply cupboard) I purchased another can about 3 weeks ago. Again it sat in storage to be used when the other can was empty and when I just checked it, it again was virtually empty. Either there is a batch of faulty cans or Norsca are doing this deliberately so we buy more cans, I am so annoyed.
I have the same problem too. It has never been like this before. Before I can used until the last drop of spray but now I can only used half of the spray can and the nozzle not working anymore. it is the third time now. I kept buying this because I like it but not anymore.
Yes I've has trouble with the last four cans only lasting about a week or so ,usually lasted longer .This week had to try another brand to see if the same thing happens,if not I will be changing to the other brand even though I prefer nórsca ,Thai you for listening ,Gayle
Hi all, I had an answer back from Norsca today regarding this issue as I have purchased at least 3 cans the past month from 2 different stores only to have the same thing happen. This was their response:

Our QA department are aware of this problem with the nozzle and have been working to resolve the issue.

Firstly please supply us, via return email, the batch number of this product, (which can be found on the base of the can), so that we can report to our Quality assurance department. Also, please include a postal address so we could compensate you with replacements.

Update: I just received my Norsca Deodorant replacements from Pharma Care after I complained to them about all the faulty cans I had been buying lately. Funnily enough the replacement cans they have sent me are also faulty...... you press the nozzle and only air comes out and no deodorant. Surely they can figure this problem out......
Yes. My replacement cans were the same too. What a disappointment.
Also having trouble with the lids coming off before you even have a chance to use them.
