North Ringwood Fish and Chips

Finally found amazing fresh crispy fried flake, amazing potato cakes and perfectly cooked spring roll – I'm very fussy about fast food especially fish and chips.... The first fish shop I tried in North Ringwood was terrible, but out of respect for the elderly couple running it I didn't review them...But , I have found the BEST fish and chip shop around the corner from the other one . The fish here is fresh . Hot. Delightful crisply batter and moist fish inside, the only little gripe I have is the flake wasn't very big , but hey , quality before quantity. Potato cakes are another bugbear to me...these were perfectly cooked, crisp coating and thin well cooked centre. Now for the spring roll.... Perfectly cooked , crisp outer, well cooked centre.... Can't wait to share this find with my family .
