Northern Beaches Council

A Ranger (Tony) was rude and arrogant when politely asked to move his car as he was blocking garages at a property near the premises he was attending regarding a vexatious complaint made about builders ( with a valid paid permit for the day to pump concrete at a housing development) parking in a no parking zone. The response I received from the council after bringing this to their attention was that he denied this ( as you would expect from such a rude arrogant man). What a shame Tony can't take responsibility for his poor behaviour and apologise.

The waste education officer Matina is absolute garbage, has a phone number but never answers, is rude and doesn’t address queries, it amazes me these people get paid to do nothing and on top of that act so rudely

Incompetent, wasteful, negligent. NBC charges residents more to park in Manly than it costs in the CBD while visibly wasting ratepayers money at every turn. The Council should have the decency to resign.

Poor customer service – A pothole in our street which appeared over three years ago has been frustratingly difficult to get repaired by Northern Beaches Council. Several requests in writing and in person to the council have so far failed to get action. The pothole is in a cul de sac seems to be caused by URM garbage trucks turning and maneuvering to pick up garbage bins so needs properly repairing. Our neighborhood just cannot understand the lack service.
