How many teaspoons of Nulax are there to 10 grams as recommended in directions?

I didn’t read it was four dosages and ate the whole bar. No a good time

Yes it works but I took a teaspoon of coconut oil straight after and I drank 500mls of water over a period of 3 hours. What I want to know is do you have to refrigerate it after you open it. I noticed someone else asked the question but no one answered.

With the Nu-Lax bar, do you dissolve it in water or eat it and then drink water? How much is the prescribed dosage in volume? 1 teaspoon, 1 tablespoon……….? To have to weigh it is inconvenient. Google searches don’t answer these questions.

Does the laxative need to be kept in the fridge
