Can't be trusted anymore – Have bought before with only small issues but now they sent out of date and mislabelled vape juice , they wouldn't respond to any emails and then after seeking refund via my card issuer as they won't respond after 14 days they called saying they have emailed many times and they ran out of labels many excuses , I said this is a pharmaceutical type ingredient as they boast about the state of the art lab I was then told "its not its just stuff so was told it was actually what I ordered " . They are just running a scam because its last chance they will get money for now as the law takes place next month. Don't get scammed by them . If its so popular then why is it out of date and where are the emails . Just lies .
Once was great now they are not – I had made 2 purchases previously without a worry , but now that they won't be selling to Australia after next month they did a dodgy sale , I ordered freebase they sent me salt with the label blacked out with a tester but left the other side that clearly says salt , they will not respond to my polite emails and so I'm seeking refund using ZIP , I'm very disappointed and thought I would post this as a warning to others not to be scammed .
