O2wear Bamboo Leggings

O2 long sleeve crew tops and leggings purchased last month april 2026, thought i would try them after facebook ads everywhere . Brought 2 long sleeve tops and 2 full length leggings, wore them to study at school for 6 hours each most of my time was sitting,firstly they are not warm and cosy as advetised, 2 expensive, 3 pilled in the under arm area and between the thigh area,left a review on shop app after a request to do so,company contacted me on there saying this is not what we wany for our customers or for our product,then said they would contact me soon,which they did,i explained the pilling issue they wanted photo evidence i provided it,they then said this happens with fabrics and as they have been washed, separately might i add , so i was then told to use a lint roller which didnt work or a lint remover which in my experience as a seamstress would rip the very thin fabric,i will be taking this issue to the ACCC for an official complaint as my issue was not resolved,and clearly o2 wear the company does not care about customer satifaction at all which is disgusting ,i will never purchase from this company again.
