Bought two of these cases for our phones. Very nice case, great features and quality and I would have loved to have kept them. However, they DO NOT WORK with the S25 Ultra fingerprint ID. simply does not work even though normal finger touching and stylus operations work fine.

I opted to return the two cases and after a couple of weeks I received a refund for the cases only, not the initial shipping charge of $8.00 from them. In addition it cost me another $12.00 to ship them back. So overall it cost me a lot of time and $20 out of pocket for a product that does not work as advertised.

The right and decent thing for them to do is to include in their advertising that the fingerprint ID DOES NOT work with these cases. That way people to whom the fingerprint ID doesn't matter can still purchase them but people to whom the fingerprint ID is essential don't waste their time and money.
