Scam cheap product – I bought this case for my new Samsung Galaxy 23 ultra and its horrible. It is barely usable as the screen sensitivity is basically non existant so its an effort to type on and very difficult to swipe the screen up to get back to the home screen. Not only that i know it is cheap as i found the same product being sold on amazon under a couple other names. Dont waste your money

Good Quality Case – This is a very smart looking and protective case at a competitive price. My only criticisms are the instructions for use are very poor and incomplete (no mention of attaching the strap) and the seal for the charging port is difficult to open. Show details

Perfect case – My husband works in construction and this case is perfect for protecting his phone. Also not as bulky as other shockproof cases. Have actually ordered another one! Awesome customer service!

No response to emails – Have emailed numerous times requesting order cancellation, as the case I wanted is apparently on backorder.They were prompt answering when I first ordered but have had no response at all in regards to cancellation requests, terrible customer service.

Oaktree Case rugged case iphone SE 2020 – I ordered a rugged case with built in screen protector for iPhone SE 2020 and once fitted, the touch screen doesn’t work properly rendering the case useless. I have emailed them via a reply to one of their emailS with no response at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Poor product and terrible customer service.
