Bribed – The finger print sensor does not work, despite trouble shooting the issue. It does say that the case is compatible with finger print biometrics but it is not or it is faulty. There is a 12 month warranty but they will not take the case back because of the case is not in the box unopened. And you have to pay $20 if you do return it! Come on..where… Read more

is the customer service Oaktree?? Most people use biometrics to unlock their mobile. Just to add to this review. After OAKTREE looked at this review "we can send you a new case if you agree to remove the product review on productreview.com.au." I followed all their instructions and watched the videos. Oaktree do you not think this was maybe just a dud case?? I see that this item has been discontinued, or have you just changed the name of it? If the product is discontinued, I would either like my money back or my dud case replaced by the product, that has replaced this one. I will not be taking this review down. Do you do this to all your customers that write a negative review. Anyway I still have not received a replacement case despite the bribery.

I had some back and forwards emailing with Ali from Oaktree, with him constantly, totally ignoring the fact that I never ordered the overpriced case I have received. He kept telling me that I can send it back to them for a refund. I should not have to spend even more money and my time to send it back. I ask to at least get back the difference in cost of the cases. As the case I received was $30 more than I paid for the same case from a different online retailer. But that request was also ignored! Oaktree advertises to be an Australian company, which I do not believe. The case is certainly not made in Australia. Even though they say that it is.

So, do not buy from Oaktree if you don't want to get ripped off! Their cases are totally overpriced. You are better off buying the same quality, Chinese made case from another retailer and actually get what you have ordered for a fair price!

Faulty product so now I'm being ignored – I recieved a cover for my Samsung S23 that was faulty. People couldn't hear me, they were echoing, cutting out or sounding like they were underwater. fine dirt and dust (underground mining) but not actually as bad as I would have thought. Also the MagSafe magnet is good considering its additional ring stand. Overall it’s an outstanding case. Highly recommended.

Sweat proof – Thank you for the perfect phone case. I've used it during a long outdoor session of mowing, digging, planting, etc. Had it in my back pocket. And it was drenched in sweat. Great for everyday and water use – Have tried a few water proof cases and this is the only one I’ve found so far that actually factors in making a call with the cover on. The little tab at the bottom to switch between full water proof and every day use is fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Great case – I really like the fact it is a full body case and you don't need to use a screen protector. I also like the lanyard so when taking photos you can secure phone on wrist if hanging out window etc. Cant comment about water proof at this point. Terrible product doesn’t do what it says and doesn’t last – Definitely not dust proof as dust and debris gets in under the screen. My only complaint is that it only comes in Black/Clear - I left my phone behind recently after looking at it on a table and thinking it wasn't mine, because it was so dull (: I've never had a boring black case before. It would be great if they were available in more diverse colours. Functionally, it is great!
