I was puzzled & rang them. I asked WHY my Diary order had been ditched & was told because Collins Debden could not supply. I immediately got on line to Collins Debden & had no trouble ordering the Diary I wanted albeit at a much higher price -$22 extra. I believe this was a deliberate ploy by OK Office & I could easily have been left without a Diary for 2026. As I didn't order anything else I believe they then didn't want to supply at the price they advertised in the first place. In my opinion they are crooks & not to be trusted. Seems like others feel the same way.

Just go to Officeworks – The website offers overnight metro shipping. “Two runs a day!” in fact. I made an order on 15/10. problem” and “we don’t own the courier”. When I advised them shipping is part of their responsibility, the receptionist became condescending and demeaning. It’s 2023, don’t tell an assertive woman advocating for herself to “calm down”! I have every faith he would not have spoken to a man in this manner.
He then refused to pick up the phone when I called to cancel the order. Fortunately we were on the same page here!
The shipping policy is misleading and deceptive. The customer facing team is unprofessional and misogynistic.
I know many people try and support smaller businesses in this economy - but in this setting just go to Officeworks!

Terrific Customer service – Excellent Customer service. Placed an order online on Wednesday afternoon, received order Thursday by 10am (it was shipped interstate). The items were also $5 cheaper than a major competitor, which adds up when you are ordering 30 units. Highly recommend
Worst company I have ever dealt with – Sent wrong item - cheaper version and insists it is a newer version. When I tried to email the company they received 12 emails with pictures and claimed they couldn’t see the photo of the wrong item they sent. I finally sent photos by text message and now they want me to send it back and I pay postage when it is their mistake. Will never buy from this company again

Misleading pictures on website and wrong item sent – Had a terrible first experience with OKOffice today, wasting lots of time sending photos of what I received and showing them clearly how they are different than the photos of the item they are showing on their website. Tim ended up replying "I’m not sure what to do" after I asked for refund, still waiting for actions :( Will complain to NSW Fair Trade if they don't approve a refund.

Worst customer service ever – Purchased label maker express. Website stated was in stock. Waited two weeks due to covid thinking regular delays. When I emailed I was told they had emailed me informing me it was not in stock. They didn’t. They lied. Wouldn’t forward the supposedly sent email. Got a refund. Would have preferred that they were honest and admitted their mistake. But I should have checked reviews.
Placed a small order, two items sent incorrectly, no responce to contact – Purchased a small order of stationary, one item was substituted claiming the new item was of greater value (it wasn't according to the price they had listed) and one sent in error (same colour but completely different model). I'ver sent multiple messages (email/web form) to attempt to rectify but there is no responce.

was extremely rude and said 'you will get it when we get it' being very dismissive of my enquiry regarding a new ETA. He said there is no way for him to know when it is coming at all, which would have been nice to have known when I made my initial call and this would have been factored into my decision to purchase the item. He said not to call back and hung up on me with the final words 'go away' as he hung up. Very sad experience as he obviously knows how to speak to customers when making the sale but not after the sale has been made.

I telephoned OK Office where my call was answered by a male who was quite ubrupt as though my enquiry was too much effort to follow up. He was clearly disinterested, rudely saying that mine was only a small order although it was over $70. He advised that my item could be collected from my local post office which is normal practice for undelivered items to be lodged. I immediately attended at my local post office but there was no record of my item being lodged there nor did a manual search by the postal worker locate my item. I again telephoned OK Office where, from the sound of the male voice, it appeared to be the same person I had spoken to earlier. He said he would make some inquiries and call me back within the hour. That was just after midday. By COB I did not receive a callback. Luckily I paid with PayPal and have lodged a claim. I will update this post if and/or when this issue is resolved. In the meantime, if you are expecting helpful and friendly customer service, stay away from OK Office because they are anything BUT ok.

I asked them why it was being airmailed when we paid $18 for shipping and he just said that the amount of paperwork involved meant they weren't going to courier something that size. We were not told this going in and there was no discussion of refunding our shipping costs as they weren't even being used. The item arrived 4 weeks later. The customer service was appalling and I see from the other reviews that others have had a very similar experience. I wish I had read these reviews before placing the order.
Horrible service, uncaring attitude – As others have experienced, I purchased an item and paid express post as I needed it urgently. Item was on back order and I wasn't informed. I'm hoping by writing this review I will stop a lot of prospective purchaser from using this really – Ordered specialty pencils and they were delivered promptly around January 20, 2017 but i realized after i received them 2 of the boxes were the wrong ones. response. Since then i have rung the same VERY RUDE gentleman 2 or 3 more times asking what is happening and have been told he will get it dealt with & i will get a refund (don't you worry about that is his attitude!!).
Not too sure what i should do as I don't have need for these pencils but don't want to return them for them not to credit me and resell them. I'd prefer to cut my losses and give them to the local charity shop!
Guaranteed never to use this company again.
The Best Customer Service Ever !! – These people always have the best prices, huge range and the fastest delivery. Always willing to help out with annoying questions - they must get asked the same ones over and over ! Highly Recommend.
Got what I wanted before I expected! – I had visited various outlets such as Office Works seeking frames for a suspension filing cabinet but had no success. I went online and found Okoffice; At 12.50am I ordered them online (yes, I go to bed late!) The frames arrived by courier at 3pm the same day. I reckon that's pretty good. Speedy delivery & exactly what I wanted
