I recently bought an Olympia Bliss massage chair from the Beverly Hills store. On my visit Loren was very knowledgeable on the chairs and her customer service was beyond compare. My chair arrived and is just amazing. Loren has been in touch since the arrival of the chair and her great customer service continues! because it was light weight (easier for me to move about if required), had a smaller profile, but also had all of the functions I was looking for. I’ve been using my Bliss XO massage chair for a couple of weeks now. It has 12 auto programs, individual focused area options, plus an AI option whereby it scans my body for areas of tightness & delivers a program specific for healing. I’m able to adjust the intensity & strength to personalise my experience. The Bluetooth music speaker feature is lovely. In total …it’s been a Godsend, excellent quality & I can’t fault it. Communication with the Sales Team, especially Katie & Loren, has been a very good experience, most helpful & prompt (there was a mix up re colour, but it was promptly sorted & I was given a head massager for compensation). The delivery team let me know when to expect delivery & when they were half a hour away. Post delivery follow-up/satisfaction was excellent. You can’t go wrong buying from Olympia, it’s been a wonderful experience!
Value for money investment – It was a wise decision to purchase the Therai+ Massage Chair. We use it a lot, at times twice a day to give relief to our tired body.
Massage Chair Review – I would highly recommend this amazing massage chair. It has been used on average 10 - 20 times a day and you feel amazing after every use. Not only is the chair fantastic but the whole process of buying and getting the chair was very good. Caren was very friendly and great to deal and made the process quick and easy.

well that I could get my head around it and enjoy the best massage I've had in years. All the bells and whistles you could ever hope for. I'd definitely recommend giving things a go in-person, if you're in the market for luxury massage chairs. You can tell how high quality the DaVinci is as soon as you're in it.

sitting with really bad posture for the last few months, and the massage chair really relieved the strain I’ve been putting on my lower back. Christine got me all set up with the Alpha X and walked me through all the different functions of the chair. She made the experience really pleasant. I’d definitely recommend checking out Olympia chairs to friends and family. They have good quality product and great staff. Christine was awesome!
Bad experience with sales representative – Happy with the massage machine but the sales representative [Name Removed] is not polite she was rude at the end she said we can't buy and she also said you can't afford it that was really disappointing experience.
