This is absolutely the worst dishwasher I have ever experienced or owned in my life. The door is flimsy, the door does Not shut because Every time I put plates in, it does not line up at the back and the tray buts out and the door will not shut. tray, on wheels back in to the right position in order that it does not stick out too far and the door will not close! Every time, without fail I place ever a cup in the dishwasher I press the start button which is On the handle when I close the door. I have to ensure each time that it is off! It is cheap and nasty and I would have expected so much more.

Really nice dishwasher Washes well and dries even better and the cutlery drawer is adjustable in width to allow for tall glasses. The black steel finish is great and it’s easy to use. Show details

OMEGA, FAILURE OF A MACHINE – Arrived Xmas eve and was defective straight out of the box. Programs wouldnt run at all. Tried every program and none would work. Next day turned back on at power point and it ran 1 program only. Next day it wouldnt run that program but then ran a diiferent one. a technician would be sent out to fix the issue. Then received an email asking for details so had to send pics of invoice and serial number. Then it took 8 more emails to get them to actually tell me everything I needed to know. They have said if the technicians find no problem then I will be chraged for the call out. The 2 days later they send another email to state that the "local" technician, which is going to come from 4 hours away, is on holidays and will be back some 10 days later. Which makes it 14 days in total from delivery. I have absolutely no confidence in this company or product and regret purchasing this product. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OMEGA TO ANY CONSUMER.
