I don't engage in illegal activities. Why is this fake account sending me messages. This person admits she is the manager of walkers and is using a fake account and sent a big personal message telling me her story. Why would you do that? How many more of these posts are fake and from one person. I will be sending a screenshot of what you wrote to this company. It is clear you are manipulating reviews, which is highly illegal. I was posting about a company that has 2400 actual criminal charges, I am not looking to help someone extort money. This company should take serious legal action against you. Just goes to show, never believe what you read on a public forum where anyone can make up names. Do not contact me again.

You changed your name. I got a notification on my thread. From what I see and the disgusting Direct Message you sent me, I would not trust anything you say. Why would you be on this website over a year and posting regularly, and take zero legal action. I think we know who is the liar here. Clearly you have no proof so you think posting and getting people on your side like me will help. I sent this company what you sent me. Do you really not understand the legal implications of your actions. You are way over the line if they choose to prosecute and seek damages.

I am unaware of any official group action to date to address the conduct of Omni. It is abundantly clear by the sheer number of complaints that the administrator of Omni is causing a lot of trouble for people and this needs to be addressed in the appropriate manner.

I am willing to be part of the group action as a witness having performed services with the promise of payment which has not been forthcoming.

I won't stand by and allow it to continue. People deserve to be paid for their services and whoever is taking from people with [Content Removed] claims needs to be held to account and justice needs to come swiftly.

You never had contact with management. You were a remote worker, you had a higher remote worker that gave you jobs. That person is not complaining and her autistic husband was a walker, we paid her all through lockdowns to help their family. Fact.Try get her to join you. She was here a year before you. Omni Advertising Group, yes, I completed all jobs, I sent you an email with a list of jobs I completed, and I wasn't paid for it, all 44 jobs were completed, with all the clients and walkers contact details, but you ignored it all. You had, Omni Print, Omni Advertising Group, Omni Direct, Omni Media and God knows what other names you are using, and they are all the same company. What are you hiding and who are you hiding from? and why are you telling people that you fired me? you didn't fire me, I quit my job last year in March 2023 because you/Omni owes me money, you only paid for 19 invoices out of 44 invoices I submitted. I was a good manager, recruiter, advertiser my ads worked and Administrator. I have spoken to a lot of your clients, and they were happy with my services. And you were never available for people to call you, when someone needed to call you, you only answered your phone when it was convenient to you and not answer your phone if you didn't want to hear something you did wrong, how convenient, you never take responsibility for your own actions, you always blames someone else for your actions. I thought when I spoke to you over the phone, I thought you were a good person, I never thought it would come to this. Only the walkers who did do their jobs, still haven't been paid, I don't think that is fair for them. This job wasn't voluntary, it was a paid job, but my walkers and myself were ripped off.

I have never met you, we have only spoken on the phone when you called me to chat about the job and you hired me, you said it was weekly pay and all I had to do was submit an invoice at the end of every week with my ABN, Days/dates and hours worked, that was it. We both worked extremely hard every day of the week as you did say to me, I had to work closely with [Name Removed] so I did every day. She also owes me money, she treated me like a bank.

Avoid this company. They are real [Content Removed] and I have reported them to Banks to stop their accounts and to government cyber security but they are still active in internet advertising

To the original post OMNI group is not a [Content Removed]. I have contracted for them with legitimate clients . These particular posts can create uncertainty with unsubstationated claims of a [Content Removed]. It also holds up contractor payments as they need to be investigated. Personally I have no problems with them from a contractor point of view . Obviously nothing is always smooth sailing so hopefully all can be worked through and sorted

This is ridiculous, Omni doesn’t have [Content Removed], certainly had no dramas with them ever and now because of those responsible for falsely accusing them we all suffer? as one of the walkers my pay has been affectedly delayed along with everybody elses. Wake up people, this is a LEGITIMATE business.

My husband worked for them dropping flyers in oct 2022. He did everything required (we have emails, app/maps data & texts to prove it), and they have still not paid him, despite submitting his data multiple times. They also refused to engage with the SA Small Business Comissioner dispute resolution process (which we went through to resolve this issue, after direct contact with the company yielded nothing). We are now considering legal action or a complaint to ASIC, so if anyone would like to add their complaint/details, I can compile everything and submit as one.

Can you explain why it is ok to take someones money & not deliver the service paid. To then ghost them. Im appalled by Omni. Why has my refund still not been processed. My business has also been ripped off by this “company” - same story of delay and excuses and no actual delivery of the flyers we paid up front for. I’ve been back and forth with a guy called [Name Removed] for months without result or any proof of service being provided. We’ve reported them to the ACCC and will be trying to take them to court but I’ll also try and report them to Westpac as that is where we paid our funds to. Hi guys, I am another victim of this [Content Removed] company, formerly called Flyers Express. I’ve been ripped off $27,500.00 by [Name Removed] with the receipt in my hand in 2015. They advertise in Gumtree for ((letter box management business )) with a promise to pay $2000 every week to just manage walkers. [Name Removed] reside in Brisbane and doing this shit everywhere in Australia.there are so many clients, walkers, walker manager,… still to be paid since 2015 . He continuously change the company name and roll over again! I saw his Ad in gumtree again and become suspicious as content was the same and after some research found out he is the one with different company name!

She has tried to make the company pay money to stop posting here and stop harassing the people that work for the company. No person has a contract with you your contact is with the company. Can't people do the math's, in a year hardly a peep on these reviews these clients all date back to you, a few new ones jumped on about minor things because they saw the ridiculous claims being made. If anybody can't think why all these comments, go back so far and that they stopped when you were terminated, we cannot help them. You have taken many illegal actions to obtain money by threats, every email, every post and every bit of paperwork related to walkers and clients you dealt with is in our possession. The truth is our research indicates the original people that started this thread 2 years after we commenced business, were your clients, they were complaining about you.

The Company has everything. Anybody that feels they have a genuine issue must do the following, disengage with you, and go to small claims or fair trading, and the Company must have a chance to provide evidence disputing the disgraceful claims made on this website, any financial payment would indicate the acceptance of what was said, this is all non-sense easily proven so in a real legal setting. Omni Advertising Group, you need to pay these people you owe, it's seeming like you are trying hard and making excuses to not pay these people you owe for their services they did for your clients all around Australia. You have used words like fraudulent activity, fake names, small claims court, and why are people not using business names to post, OMG! Full of excuses and threats to so many people, what are you hiding from? What kind of business are you providing people to not pay people what you owe, this is just incredibly pathetic and illegal behaviour from Omni Advertising Group. All the walkers have provided proof and submitted their invoices the way they should, and the clients are asking for refunds because they didn't get the business you provided. And the admin you hired, well pay her, no one works for free. All the money the clients hand over to you should be paying the walkers for the jobs they are doing for them, the admin and yourself, this company should be running like a well-oiled machine. That way people will keep coming back for more work, your clients would be extremely happy, and the walkers would be happy as well. You don't seem to know how to run a business correctly. And why would an admin you hired submit fraudulent invoices, if she worked hard to help find walkers and assign walkers for Omni Advertising Group, advertise, and talk to quite a lot of people to offer work, then why would she submit fraudulent invoices? It's crazy, people don't do that, work is hard to find, so I think you are making excuses to not pay her and the walkers. If Omni Advertising Group is making money, then pay these people.
