Has anybody tried to contact this supposed company by Telephone so far I have found them to be extremely elusive? Please if anybody has been able to track this company by phone please I would be absolutely delighted if you were able to post. I thankyou in advance.. Have not attempted to contact this company by phone. Wouldn't waste my time.
No i have emailed them and asked them how to transfer my tokens back into my account no response and how to claim my flight voucher again no response
When you pay for your $100 flight voucher, it will automatically send you the voucher back to your email. If you haven't got it check your spam folder. I have won several and it is never an issue. As for token packs, as soon as you pay for it, it immediately gets added back onto your token tally on the top right hand corner.
Has anyone ever used the flights that they've one or travel vouchers. Just wondering how easy they are to redeem?
i have actually cancelled my account and will be receiving a refund for unused credits due to issues experienced whilst bidding.
They are very easy to redeem. They use Harvey World Travel as their travel agent. When you've won an auction you can either ring or email the number on your voucher to book your flights/accomodation. I have found them extremely helpful with my 101 questions!! They have even split my flight so that I can travel to Vietnam on my way to Seoul Korea.
