Just to balance out the barrage of negativity, lets set a few facts - Don't sign up to any automated renewing subscription with out cxl it the day after. Or just use a 1 use disposal credit - no repeat charges Delivery times are always estimates. You want next day delivery , pay for Prime. Personally, its not the money savings I have a one pass membership - its the time saving. If i can't attend the retail shop in the time its takes for the delivery, this is a great service

If you have time to complain, you have time to buy direct from the outlet..

I cancelled my membership but they kept taking money each month.I called repeatedly and was told I did not have an account.A month ago they decided to refund me the payments,they paid half and now 2 weeks later they say I have to wait as the remaining amount $56 exceeds their limit of refund.Shocking company would never recommend.

Yeah try cancelling the subscription or getting the chat to work. Just steer clear of this as it's more trouble than it's worth and it's easy enough to subscribe but when you try to use it like I did at bunnings it just failed continuously. Sub 1 start and just what do they do with your information???

However when you go to pay for your items at the self-service checkout (they don’t employ people to serve you anymore) you have an option to use your One Pass or Flybuys. What is not made clear is that you is you are expected to use both, in particular when using click and collect. I attempted to try and sort this out today. I rang Flybuys and got the runaround, I was advised to contact Onepass, I did this and listened to the options and as the issue arose from a Target purchase I chose this option, I was put through to Target the lady I spoke to was unable to offer any resolution as she did not know how the one pass system worked and the staff member that did was off today. It is little wonder Target is going under, if this is the best they can offer. I was given an alternative number to ring. I eventually got put through to a call centre in the Philippines. I was told there was nothing that could be done to resolve or remedy the situation. I asked to speak to a supervisor and strangely enough they had difficulty in getting one. I cut my losses, I cancelled my losses and cancelled my membership. Flybuys are a method by which Wesfarmers’ market research is made easier for them. It is ridiculous that now seek to charge customers for assisting them in this research, in order to recoup your annual payment you would need to spend $1920, the scheme does not represent value for money, it really is a crock of male cow manure, so sorry Jen it doesn’t make sense. PS It’s no wonder they got rid of Flybuys in NZ.

 Follow-up  · Despite offering to go into resolution with this mob, they chose not to communicate. Give it a miss.

Would be five stars but the customer service took 15 minutes to answer on chat with an issue I had. But the representative who did attend was very helpful. Also I somehow managed to renew for full price but I eventually found the apply code box to add my discount code so all good. Show reply

Crazy cheap. I use it regularly and it pays for itself in two shipping fees. With the bonus points I'm significantly in front... and then I continue to order things all year. Saves me a ton of time. I wondered how they could make money - but they lost 70 million last year. I guess it's worth it for our data and to get us to shop regularly there rather than the opposition. Interesting to see how long it lasts before the price goes up. Show reply

Robley Helpers has had one pass since April 2024, last year not 100% what I earned on top of my money back but definitely earned my money back. I feel the account isn't for everybody depends how much you spend, but definitely for us personally well worth it on the spend itself was sad to see catch go as only just started using it, but hope one pass brings on some more partners soon. Show reply

Flybuys, Kmart, and Officeworks), I was finally able to receive the Flybuys points that I was rightfully entitled to.

To summarise what happened: OnePass advertised 5x Flybuys points at two participating retailers. I purchased items from both retailers using Click & Collect. However, even after waiting more than one week, not even the basic Flybuys points were credited. I contacted OnePass, Flybuys, and the retailers (Officeworks and Kmart). The responses I received included: - Online purchases were not eligible - I may not have correctly registered my Flybuys or OnePass details - They would investigate Over several weeks, responsibility was repeatedly passed between the parties. This resulted in dozens of emails and online chats before the issue was finally resolved.

Although the total value was only around $35, it was an important matter of principle. In my case, the basic benefits promised to members were not delivered as expected, and the response process was slow and frustrating.

Based on this experience, I strongly recommend that customers pay attention to the following: 1. After creating a OnePass account, make sure you link all participating brands and register your Flybuys details. 2. Visit each participating brand’s website and separately register your Flybuys and OnePass information there as well. 3. When visiting a participating store, and also when collecting items via Click & Collect, always remember to scan your Flybuys card. 4. If your Flybuys points are not credited within 72 hours, contact Flybuys immediately.

I would also like to suggest a few improvements to OnePass: 1. Allow customers to register their Flybuys and participating brand account details in one central place through proper system integration, instead of requiring registration on each brand’s website. 2. Ensure that promotional information is clearly shared with participating brands so customers receive the correct service. 3. Work with Officeworks and Flybuys so that OnePass-related customer requests are handled more promptly and proactively. In my case, the response from Officeworks was particularly slow and unhelpful. 4. When requesting customer surveys, please avoid using them purely as marketing tools.

Thank you for reading. I hope this review encourages service providers to take responsibility for their advertising and to adopt a more customer-focused approach when issues arise.

Took a full year subscription from my card after telling me I had ore time left in their free trial. No disputed the transaction and cancelled the unauthorised membership.Was more of a hassle than being of any benefit. to the store. They should not be taking money form peoples cards without notifying them first and not giving them the advertised opportunity to choose monthly or annual subscription. Rewards cards aren't rewards unless you regularly spend a fortune and like to catch planes. This simply was not worth the hassle nor did I like the spammy emails or their customer service lying. Its a scam and now i can't delete my information or un connect my cards from their platform. After many weeks of trying it appears they have no customer complaints team available by phone, are totally unable of understanding that " cancel immediately" means just that, cannot unlink your cards or companies from their platform, but did eventually refund me the $40 annual membership they took from my card without proper notice. AVOUD THIS COMPANY.

Despite the fact One Pass saying that items can be returned within 365 days to any office works store. Office work is saying that electronics items are excluded. It is not mentioned in one pass terms and conditions. Quite disappointed.

I started with a membership through a discounted promo from Flybuys. Honestly did not get any value out of it. I think I got 1 free delivery throughout the year and few extra Flybys points. A 5% discount with Bunnings business pass is much better than the few extra points I got that is worth like $1 or $2. Not worth it for rural / remote people.… Read more

Usually don't get free shipping with things. I think I got one. So its not really suitable for me. The renewal subscription was automatically deducted, and I was not advised, which is against their policy. So cancelled today and hope my refund does not take forever.

Repeatedly now I've waited exactly the same amount of time as a non-member, I just get to pay $4 a month for the privilege of having my purchases tracked. They offer nothing in terms of value.

Not worth it, too much hassle to sign up and then the benefit mainly postage but only for eligible items, ended nothing can be shipped, such a scam! Also, they link with flybuys but you can't use it in Coles! When I ask for cancelling membership they said impossible, so wasting my money for nothing!

Did not want to renew OnePass as delivery times were slow usually 6-7 days in same city. I have been emailed and phoned constantly even after I contacted via phone, text, email saying I did not want to renew. They have once again emailed and phoned today to say they’ve tried to take payment from my PayPal - I would not use this service again as being hassled is part of their service have had to block emails and phones.

They have told me I broke clause 9b and I must be a reseller then cancelled my membership without any refund. I’ve only ever purchased items for the family. Don’t use the free shipping option regularly as they will cancel your account. Really dodgy business ethics that need to be reviewed

Doesnt meet expectations. I think their computer systems are not working well/integrated. If I order online at bunnings(when logged in with onepass which has my flybuys number stored) I don't get the extra bonus points. Have raised with support and still waiting to be resolved. Also use onepass mobile and so far no points showing from this also.… Read more

ACCC should really get into them. I have no doubt they have breached the consumer code. Us consumers are generally time poor and not willing to spend hours chasing a few missed points. Am planning to cancel before next renewal. They really need to lift their game. Have had no issues with delivery but waiting 4-5 days just makes it not worth it.

Cancelled m/ship at end of 30 day *free* trial, OnePass used my info to sign me up for 1 year subscriptiion. without my agreement. Their "Membership can only be cancelled at end of current subscrption" policy probably illegal. Poor customer service. T&Cs badly worded. No points recorded for any purchases in storese chains I'd registered for and purchased from in the past 4 weeks.

I paid for my yearly membership and because I’ve utilised the free delivery option so much they decided I broke clause 9b and must be a reseller and canceled my onepass membership with no detailed explanation or proof on what I’ve done wrong. What a bunch of morons, don’t waste your money. Amazon prime is much better value!

later. After successfully linking my Flybuys and paying for OnePass, I expected to earn the promised x5 points. Days later, I checked my Flybuys balance only to find nothing extra. Why? Because apparently, you have to manually open the OnePass app and only found out by myself that you will need to activate each of the six brands individually (something that’s never made clear upfront)

Why make it so unnecessarily complicated? It feels less like a rewards program and more like a deliberate way to trick customers out of their money. Overall, a poor and misleading experience.

Does not provide you with notification before charging on automatic renewal. Does not provide notification it has done so. Free shipping has becoming increasingly restricted and the site often crashes when trying to login. Questioning their practices in live chat leads to a cut and paste statement, then suggestion that they'll go ahead and end the chat if there's nothing else they can help with.

I renewed my OnePass subscription specifically because of a reward voucher they offered. When I went to use it in-store at Kmart, the app wouldn’t load and I had no internet access. I asked staff for help, but they couldn’t resolve it, and I left unable to use the voucher. I contacted OnePass support explaining the issue — their response? “Too… Read more

bad, we can’t reissue or extend it.” Even though it wasn’t my fault, and the voucher can’t be used online.

I did everything right and was let down by their tech and their poor customer service. No willingness to help, no accountability. Very frustrating and frankly not worth the subscription if this is how they treat loyal members.
