Scammers to the Max! – 30th of August 2013, yes you read that right, ordered $106 worth of goods. Now April 2016 and still nothing and they have had my money for 2 1/2 years. Tried to contact them in every way but to no avail.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

OneVali is an Internet Scam – After contacting Aus Office Fair Trading, I was informed that this website is a scam and that I would never see my money again. That was in 2013. It's amazing that this website has not been pulled down. It's a front to take money with no product supplied, no correspondence returned and no hope for justice.

Terrible! Do Not Order From Them! – No product delivery. No answer to my emails. No calls returned. Charged the credit card though. What a disgrace! Should complain about them to Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Nothing Got robbed!

Do not trust this company – We ordered and paid for goods from this company and almost 12 months later have not received them. I sent numerous emails and just received automated responses promising that they will process my order, and if the matter is urgent to contact their accounts department - but when I did, I received a similar reassuring email. I tried to phone but could not get through. Don't waste your time and money on this site.

Orders - No feedback – I ordered some goods on the 19th december 2013 - yes! 19th december 2013 and still no goods have been delivered and there has been no feedback from onevali as to where my goods are... If ever i am to get them at all. This business need some training in customer relations and needs to keep customers informed as to delivery and update of goods. No Customer Feedback No Email updates in fact nothing at all

They are a joke. You have been warned – Ordered and paid 5 weeks ago. No product, no reply to emails, status still says "order placed with supplier". Take a look at their T&Cs, these people are scammers. You can;t get a refund unless you ask for it within 10 days of invoice date and they charge you a restocking fee, meaning you get nothing. give them any business. Never buy from them and if you have, dispute the charge on your credit card now.

I'd also suggest you keep a close eye on your credit card statements to look for unauthorised transactions. It seems to me they probably don't actually sell anything, other than your credit card details to someone.

No delivery, no service response. They say they have stuff in stock, it's a lie

Onevali.com.au - good don't arrive and no response to help – I ordered my products on 2 Jan 2014 and was advised it would be delivered by 31 Jan. My credit card was charged and as of 22 Feb 2014, no good have been received. Phone calls not answered and emails seem to be ignored. I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Goods just were not delivered and it seems online that many other people have the same problem with them

Product not received – Order was placed on 5 Dec 2013 and debit my credit card on the same day but product never delivered over 2 months times. Send them follow up emails but no reply received. No contact phone number on the web site. Finally try to google the contact number and rang them but no one answer. Money paid but product not deliver.

Onevali - Terrible – I have been waiting for an order for 2 months now and they won't even return a call. I have rung 6 times in two days and they haven't the decency to return a call. I will be bad mouthing them all over the place. Terrible service. The items I ordered are not expensive but necessary for my workplace which placed the order. If there is not stock, they shouldn't agree to sell it on line. No customer service at all.

Product Not Received – Ordered goods on the 1 November 2013, received confirmation that they had received the Order, next day they debited my Credit Card, after waiting two weeks I tried to contact them both by leaving on their Web Site for them to call me and also I rang them four times, all of them going to message bank. I still have not received my goods 16 Jan 2014 They just no not deliver the goods - they should be banned from ripping off customers

Product not received – I placed an order on 3 Dec. Now on 2 Jan, 3 emails and a voice mail later, I still have no response from the company on my status requests. Crooks and thieves – If you look on their facebook page you will understand why onevali.com.au (facebook name) are crooks. Message after message of the same. They will take your money straight away. Phone goes straight to message. They will not reply to your emails. no contact, no order number, not answering phone, emails. People have been waiting for up to 8 months. Cannot get through to them. They are crooks and thieves.

Good range, good pricing but slow delivery – They offer great range of office products like stationery, office furniture, whiteboards etc which you can't find here and also good pricing but the delivery method is fairly slow especially if you opt for free delivery. We have asked them to look into solving this which they have agreed to investigate so hopefully that will work out soon as they have a really good list of products not found anywhere else.
