Terrible website. This website is a scam, do not get fooled!!! Do not waste your money! I ordered and paid for my products 2 months ago and never received it. Absolute scam!!!
Needed to replace Neck Ring on Fisher and Paykel washing machine. Regina was fantastic at organising the part for me. Appliance on line made the whole process easy. I originally purchased my washing machine from them. They are super professional, patient and helpful.
Follow-up · Part was $100. I googled Fisher and Paykel washing number on the delivery package. Explains how to install. Takes approximately 10minutes.

I returned the part and had to contact them again to check they had received it and would make the refund. They said they had and advised my refund "was underway".
I waited 2 more weeks (!) only to be told they needed my account details when I asked about progress. Not really sure why, they could have just refunded the original payment. Clearly my refund was NOT underway. Anyway, I provided the details and now nearly a month later have received exactly the same advice, that my refund is "underway", and to wait up to 9 business days for the payment!
Apalling service and totally unacceptable that the refund was not automatic and immediate.
I've now advised them I'm about to instigate a charge-back so perhaps that might finally produce my money!!

Incredible company, had 1 left of the glass for the oven door as they said to email to check stock. I then paid for it that arvo and they sent it out straight away. Received the item 3 days later from NSW. Amazing company after I tried to buy product off Salin appliance spares and after 2 weeks they hadn’t sent out! So wish I bought from these guys as was cheaper and had it after 3 days. I would give 6 stars if I could!!!
Wrong part sent - their site is useless to find the part number – If you are ever thinking about buying from their company take a bex and have a line down and buy from someone else. like to cancel my order. The person I corresponded with asked me to confirm that the part was actually available at the other company and I did that and once again asked that the order be cancelled and a refund put through because I had purchased the part elsewhere. At that point, this person told me that they had made a mistake and they actually found that their supplier had the part and it had been shipped. They provided me with a tracking number which, upon checking, did not exist at Australia Post. I asked them to please cancel the order because it apparently hadn't yet been sent and was told it was too late so I have the items I ordered from the other supplier and - if these ever show up at all - these ones too. To make matters worse, when I placed the order, this item was showing as being in stock on their website and when I was told they were out of stock, it still showed as in stock. I think they are scamming and not buying things until they actually sell. I could be wrong. But all I know is that I am angry about this whole situation and spent a very long time going back and forth to end up out of pocket.

Edit: This was resolved- The vendor updated the listing to reflect the fact my Model was not actually supported and provided a refund. They covered the return postage. Just leaving as 4 starts due to the fact I needed to resort to posting negative reviews to get an traction on the return. But yes - they were very quick on the original postage, and also in processing the return.

Hinges not working – I purchased a door seal and a pair of replacement hinges for a Smeg oven. Happy with the price and delivery. The door seal has been excellent. I purchased oven hinges. The title provided by Online Appliance Parts indicated that the specific parts I ordered would work as hinges for my specific oven model. The hinges whilst looking identical (apart from different markings) failed to work for my oven. Despite the company site having been misleading, Online Appliance Parts said ‘might seem to have been suitable for your particular model, the fact is it seems that is not’, that they were not at any fault and declined to provide an exchange or refund as the parts were not in original condition and packaging. They were not upfront about this however - delaying sending return instructions, and then eventually sending generic return information.
Online Appliance Parts then offered to sell me another part for my oven. They said ‘we have therefore quoted you with the correct part DS4079349 which would definitely suit’, ‘would definitely put a special discount on the parts’ and gave me a quote which was better than half price. The quote was considerably cheaper than elsewhere. This code yielded no results on there website or on a google search. I therefore confirmed this random code was listed as a specific different code on there website (A 085563 , that i had since worked out to be correct for my oven from a different source). They confirmed this was correct. Only because the price quoted was over half price, I requested to proceed. On me requesting payment details, I was then told the random part number they provided was incorrect and that the price would be over double the price for the part I had worked out needed (contradicting there prior confirmation the DS part was the same).

Incompetent, dishonest. Formal complaint lodged with Consumer Affairs NSW – Did not send me the oven element that I ordered. Took more than two weeks to send me some other incompatible element that would not fit. They then screwed me about for nearly three months - stalling, requesting photos and more information (and just ignoring those photos and information when I sent them), claiming that I'd ordered the wrong part (a… Read more
brazen lie), then stonewalling me for several weeks, and ultimately producing a bogus concoction of a photo and a made-up pretend part number (that doesn't exist on their web site or anywhere else on the internet - I checked) and claiming that that proved that I'd ordered the wrong part and declaring the case closed. I finally ordered the same element from a different company. That other company sent me the element that I ordered in a couple of days and it fitted and works perfectly. I've lodged a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs NSW, including the e-mail chain of correspondence between myself and Online Appliance Parts. I have explicitly pointed-out Online Appliance Parts' stalling, dumb-insolent, [Content Removed] and stonewalling tactics to Consumer Affairs NSW. Consumer Affairs now has all that on file and will be referring to it with regard to future complaints against this company. Note that you have only three months to take action, after which Consumer Affairs and the banks and credit card companies will not get involved. That is what this company's stalling and b*llsh*tting tactics are all about - running down that three month time limit, then you're on your own. Don't let them get away with it. Initiate charge-back proceedings with your bank and/or go to www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/lodge-general-consumer-complaint to lodge a complaint before that three month time limit expires.
They don't answer the phone – Where is my part? I have no idea. They are non-responsive. I have ordered the correct part but it hasn't arrived and I haven't received any notification of shipping or tracking number. I will be calling my bank to cancel the transaction if they don't respond to my final email. Avoid.
Do not use this company – Wrong part was sent. Emails contact only as phone is not answered. Email response from them is I ordered wrong part. This is incorrect. Company ships through Doug Smith Spares who will not acknowledge any error and hide behind the online company.
Element – A very fast and accurate purchase .Only down fall tried to phone a few times and the phone call was never answered .But in saying that part was as decribed and the part was delivered very quickly.So thankyou
Prompt delivery – Ordered an oven door seal which was delivered promptly. No issues with service at all for me - it helps to order the correct part in the first place if the inconvenience of a replacement/refund is to be avoided.

Customer service lacking – I tried to cancel my order -told posted, tracking is date time stamped as is email. I asked if I could return minus admin fee, but refused.
Terrible – They will not respond to phone calls. Do not bother trying to ring them. They apparently deliver goods through a third party company. Still waiting to receive goods. Not the best experience. Will not be using Online Appliance Parts or any business related to their company again.
