How do they keep getting away with this how is this sort of imitation not interestable offense in Australia? This thing wants 30 words I don't have that many but this needs to be reported!

⚠️ Warning: Deceptive Website Imitating ASIC Very deceptive — this site closely resembles the official ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) registration portal, which can easily mislead new business owners. Despite numerous negative reviews online, they appear to operate legally and remain active. Be cautious — always use the official ASIC website (asic.gov.au) directly. It’s cheaper, safer, and legitimate. SCAM – stay away!

Looking up this company via the real abn search gives away just how many business profiles they have had to use and create. I wonder if anyone actually reads the entire letter or are they just paying the account raised by this business. Wow.

I just got one of their letters. Why would I use them when I can do it myself through ABR/ASIC? If you're looking at this review, you've done your due diligence.

Complete scam. I get this one every couple of years, plus two other equally dodgy ones. For the same amount of work and half the price, just wait for the official ASIC letter. A search of the ABN lists a number of similar business names, connected to this number. Plus this one NAVTARANG AUSTRALIA DJ DHIREN (not too hard to find on Insta and Facebook)

I resent the deceptive marketing tactics The cost to register a business name for one year in Australia directly through ASIC is $44 They charge $99 The cost to register a business name for 3 years with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) is $102 They Charge $189 There is no need to use a middle man like this You dont need… Read more

anything they offer to register or renew a business Go straight through ASIC and don't get ripped off Ignore their unsolicted communication that is designed to look like an invoice Dealing with ASIC directly is very easy and is NOT acomplicated or difficult process To say otherwise is a blatant lie

Avoid these guys! – Avoid these guys, they charge 199$ for 3 year renewal when it costs only 102$ on the official ASIC renewal. These guys are not providing any service beyond that what ASIC would do, predatory tactics. What service are they providing that allows them to charge almost double, for the same function that ASIC does by sending the same mail asking you… Read more

to renew. You go to a link and pay, what exactly are these guys achieving by doing the same thing.

AVOID.

As others have stated, they send you a mail, asking you to renew your business name, they mention at the bottom of the letter that they are not ASIC, they are not government. Then curious i checked what they are charging, and seems like they charging double that renewing your business name directly through ASIC. Still yet to see how they are allowed to do this while providing 0 additional service on top of what ASIC already do.

Did not fall for their scam! – This business is a scam. They are an intermediary who rips off anyone silly enough to use their services - I am amazed that ASIC has not shut them down, but they should!

SCAM, for sure – This is definitely a scam, no doubt about it Will take your money & wont provide an option to refund Even states they are not a part of ASIC, within the letter May need to contact your credit card company, if they will help getting your money back

BService.com.au Online Business Registration SCAM – So... like me you get the BService bill in the mail or email and don't think to check the legitimacy of this BService. Which I did BTW. Hence this review. Sadly, so many people get fooled. How un-Australian are these people? To scrape domain registries and email decent hard-working Australians with bogus invoices. These people are ...bottom of… Read more

the pond scum sucking opportunists.

Don't fall for these greedy overseas scams scraping our gullible 'free to view' AU registries for information. ALWAYS ask your domain registrant, bookkeeper, IT support or your accountant for help if in doubt or better still, hide your business and private information so that these unscrupulous crap operators can't target you.

Use your head, don't be too busy to do your homework. Read the email or document, and if in doubt, ask Google - at the very least. If it looks like a scam, feels like a scam, smells like a scam - AVOID! Don't tread in it. Always renew your business name with ASIC, and save scraping this BService stink off your shoes.

Barely legal at best, total scam at worst – They scan the business name register and send out letters with a title of "Online Business Name Registration" to busy business owners whos business name is coming up for renewal hoping people dont see that its not from ASIC directly. They then hope you won't notice this slight of hand and will go ahead and pay from the links and directions on the… Read more

letter. If you do this, you would unnecessarily be paying the standard Asic fee ($39) plus their scammy processing fee of $54.55 + $5.45 for 1 year or $92 ASIC statutory renewal fee + their processing fee of $97.27 + $9.73 GST for 3 years as per their website (bservice(dot)com(dot)au) As others have said, donot be fooled, tear up this letter and make a complaint to fair trading.
