ripped off!!! – Ordered cat calming collars, NO items, NO refunds generic responses ZERO MORALS. DO NOT !!!!! BUY FROM THIS SITE.. better off giving your money to charity

Buyer beware – I purchased 2 cat calming collars and my cat reacted to it. Was charged another $80 for another set the following month back in April without authorisation. I queried it and was told product was on its way. Never saw the product or heard from them again. Ads have disappeared too.

Scammers (Purchased Vanishing scar cream) – This company are thieves. They sell you a product on sale then take out money charging the full price the next month from your account without you knowing until you check and you also never agreed to. Then if you want a refund you have to send the product back which you never got in the first place !! BUYER BEWARE!!

Scam!! – I placed an order and never received it. Customer service gave me the runaround until I asked for a refund at which point they stopped responding to me. I even filed a complaint with the BBB but they couldn’t get a response from them either. Absolutely do not buy from them!

SCAM!! – SCAM. Stay away from this company. I bought some vanish scar cream which they sent. A month later they charge me again without my consent and say it's been shipped. tried to blame it on the vanish supplier. I asked for a refund twice and no response. Please be careful ordering from them. Customer service replies until you ask for a refund.

Scam dont order! – Vanish Scar Cream. Ordered online through Facebook ads. There were others commenting how good it is. Which yes it may be since my daughter has only begun to use it. They came back saying I signed up for a ‘repeat’ subscription. I most certainly did NOT! They took days to respond ! Then they turn around and say oops seems you don’t have a repeat subscription at all. But still- too late now to cancel the next one - which- they say I ordered. No I did Not. So they have charged my card once again ! A cream that I didn’t order. Last time I checked that was illegal and fraudulent. But on a brighter note they tell me that’s the last one I should receive. I don’t trust them for the above reason. So I’m keeping a watch on my emails half expecting another ‘order’ or charge and then I’ll have no choice but to cancel my card! Pain in the you know what.
