oo Gadgets - took my money and never delivered a product - do not ever use – Purchased a jawbone in March and never received the product or a refund. I contacted them over and over to request an update on the product delivery or a refund - and they never honoured either. I lost $162 dollars - do not ever use - they are frauds!

Disappointed - product and customer support – Not much to say except some of the fittings for this product are below quality. Example is the metal screw in stand which screws into plastic. I've had mine in use for 10 days and the plastic thread has worn as it won't hold the small weight of the product. The graphics are ok, but the whole PC interface and help availability is poor. Because I use it for work, I would rather have spent twice as much to get a quality product. This is an expensive "cheap" product out of China. Beware.
