most properties there in a certain period of time. To me this displays inconsistent inaccurate information. I would not want to take advice from a company who displays incorrect information about a particular a specific suburb. They say it’s within a 7 mile radius however there are different suburbs with in 7 mile radius that have a huge differentiation in properties from lower price points and Ex housing commission homes to only a few miles down the road where you have completely the opposite types of properties displaying countryside Manor homes on minimum of 1 acre selling in the millions. Naturally these two types of properties come with different two types of agents. I have worked incredibly hard to maintain my reputation in that market yet this company refuse to recommend me by email because the development team feel it’s too hard to change the backend or probably cost too much money to change the way the system works. If you’re going to work in an industry like this you need to be transparent. I would not use this website recommend it to anyone but to encourage people to do their own research and contact the agents directly.

Open Agent was fantastic. The sale of our 3 bedroom house was actually a pleasant experience from start to finish. I felt an immediate and fast growing sense of trust with them. I guess it was the surprising level of curiosity shown in my personal situation and what felt like genuine willingness to listen and help.

Open Agent found a few great agents but one stood out perfectly for me. It was a complete about turn on my first experience. Both Open Agent and the Real Estate agent I ended up with listened and worked hard to get me the best price for my property.

Unlawful spam galore – Chronic spammers. If you sign up for a property report you must provide your phone number. Even if you answer that you are not interested in selling you get call after call from different numbers from them. You also get emails you can't unsubscribe from. It's a business unlawfully misusing your contact details.

Spam Callers – They continue to contact you even though you tell them the house is sold, and for you to be removed from their calling list. Hopeless pathetic company.

Grossly misleading and inaccurate – I entered a lot of personal information to get a list of agents in my area and data on their sales performance. No report was emailed but the website provided me with a shortlist of only three agents. I know for a fact there are heaps more, as I have viewed houses they are selling. Of the three, the data was scant and basically useless. I can't make any informed decisions from such primitive information. Very misleading and not recommended.

Selection of real estate sale agent – I was very happy to find an excellent real estate agent from the recommended selection of real estate agents. My apartment was sold for a premium . The agent ,Mr Kai Lui was excellent in helping to prepare the sale and to add value to the apartment . The apartment was sold within two weeks .

Best Customer Service – Maree was patient, patient nformative and also provided more knowledge than I knew I needed. She listened and was able to use my info plus her knowledge to recommend several potential agents as well as giving me tips on how to proceed.

Very impressed – The lady was very polite and easy to talk to was going to brush the call off but due to how easy it was to talk with her I explained exactly my situation and she was easy to talk to about it and sounded like she listened

I required a market value in order for a family purchase and this has helped me immensely – I have had positive responses for all three sales representative.

Can't stop the spam – I signed up for a property report, which I never received. Since then I'm just getting spammed by email. The email's have no way to unsubscribe, which is against Australian consumer and spam laws. If you go to the website there is no way to contact them to stop being spammed unless you call them, which I definitely do not want to do. Suggest you avoid this company, unless you're bored and enjoy being spammed.
