I purchased a multi pack of Oral B IO electric toothbrushes for my IO tooth cleaning device. Not only do they not easily attach and detach but they seem to fall apart. In order to rectify this issue I find it impossible to contact Oral B. There customer service web page announces that it has moved (to where?) and the only phone number disconnects after an extended wait. Good old Oral B!

Greedy Oral B has worst quality electric toothbrushes but what’s worse is their customer service! Rude & condescending, look for any way to take accountability for their poor quality electric toothbrushes. Stay away from this greedy brand!!!! They are Scammers! Rubbish brand, lacking in quality and care. Oral B electric brushes are truly rubbish! Cheaply manufactured. This greedy brand and their customer support team are scammers. No accountability for fault and no care for customers…just your money!
