This company is sneaky, dishonest, deceitful and not to be trusted. I should have checked the reviews before ordering. Charged US dollars without mentioning that and quoted ex-tax prices instead of retail. Tried to cancel the order within 2 minutes of clicking the payment window, but they flat out lied and refused the refund. Do not buy anything from Orivelle. Yes, it's a scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They ripped off my elderly parents adding additional items to their shopping basket without their informed consent, they also signed them up to subscription without their knowledge. They contacted them within minutes of their order when they discovered additional items had been added, and the company refused to refund them. Stay away from them.

Purchased this. Applied it everyday - mornings and afternoon. No difference after 6 weeks. Got charged for repeats even after making sure no repeat box was ticked. Emailed them to cancel and ask for money back but till date have not had a cancelation confirmation. Received another 3 pens today so will have to close account to stop these scammers. Don't waste your money!

Although this product does help it is impossible to cancel a subscription i cancelled months ago. With them still saying its active and have now sent more, I'm now seeking legal advice , very disappointing

SCAMMERS I ordered one not realising it was US dollars and asked for a refund because it didn’t state US dollars which they refused which is fair enough then charged me for a second one and told me I made a subscription when I said I didn’t order a second one . I asked for a refund and they said it’s sent and they would give me a full refund if I… Read more

send it back and wouldn’t give me the return info until I received it . In the meantime trying to convince me to keep it . Then it arrived and they sent me a portal to get info for the return but when I went to use it it said timed out and they said they gave me $5 for the refund and they couldn’t give me any more then that . I was so cranky They also sent me a link to cancel subscription which was impossible to work out and I said they need to cancel from there end and for days she kept telling me Im so sorry Im trying to cancel but I’m having problems cancelling so I contacted PayPal to stop them from taking my money .

Apart from seeing no change after a month they sneakily added more to my order then made it an automatic subscription! So sneaky. Awful dishonest marketing. Beware.

Do not buy from this company they are crooks. I returned my products for a promised 100% refund and they keep giving me different excuses even after advising me that they had received the refund in time and that the refund was being processed. Still trying after a month now they say that I didn't return the products in time. Total frauds. 1 star is too generous

Problem with the order, I ended up with far more product than I needed. The product does not work, despite using it as directed for 4 months. The marketing is misleading. Very disapointed

Follow-up  · There was no improvement at all in my mild case of fungal nail in my toe, despite using the product twice a day for several months. The advertising is misleading as the product simply does not work!

Follow-up  · Your advertising clearly states that your product is a cure for nail fungus. I used it as directed for 4 months and there is no improvement. I would like my money back!

I agree with the other reporters. The website links are not clear so random clicking when straight to paypal with no opportunity for me to give an approval and as a result lead me to a purchase I didn't want. It automatically attracted an ongoing subscription which was also not made clear anywhere. The price per item was also not correct - it… Read more

was advertising in AUD but I was billed in USD and almost double what was advertised. Customer service responded quickly and in a friendly way but could not cancel the order as it was 'already sent', despite there only being 2 minutes between my purchase and me emailing to cancel. Apparently I can return the items when they arrive - I doubt it

Scam Scam Scam - Product actually made in China and shipped from China. I ordered two packs and invoiced and charged me 4 packs, after 2 weeks delivery received. I used two time a day to treat my nails according to their instruction, now it has past 50 days, nothing has been improved to my brown fungus nails (Photos). I request a refund as their… Read more

advertised 30 days healing time at least. The company kept sending me email asking me to wait for longer days for the result of treatment and asking me to buy more in an even better price. The Chinese company located in NY rejected my request of refund finally......... Please do not trust and buy from them. You may find similar products from your local pharmacy which is even more valuable and can see the result before you buy more.

I never anticipated so much stress and high blood pressure when I put in my first ever order from ORIVELLE. I only ordered one item on special which was the offer of "one anti-fungal pen plus one free, Discounted". As I was about to press the payment button, I was suddenly assailed by a barrage of quick "special offers" with differing prices. I… Read more

ignored them and thought I had pressed the payment button for just the single item I wanted.

To my chagrin and dismay, the official receipt I got from Orivelle had added three additional unauthorised transactions! I immediately sent an email to the Seller to object and to clarify. Guess what? GMail notified me that it could not send my reply email because Orivelle's return email address on the receipt was "fictitious" and that "no such address exists".

Luckily, I had used my PayPal account for this online purchase. So PayPal identified the Seller as Astronara FZCO trading as ORIVELLE, with an authentic return email address.

To cut a long story short, I went thru a long drawn out protest/dispute against Astronara. I was in a troubled and stressful state all through these weeks of conflict. Astronara, initially pretending to understand my predicament, liaised with me via their designated online agent, "[Name Removed]". However, after a time, I realised that the Seller was just stringing me along. I was getting nowhere. So I turned to PayPal and Ajust, a client advocacy group, for help. Thanks to both PayPal and Ajust, I got some recompense - a real comfort to a person like me, wholly reliant on the aged pension.

I told Astronara NOT to send me the unauthorised items as I would not like to spend for the return postage. They have to include a pre-paid return postage label if they want their products back. A package arrived very late - beyond the stipulated delivery period. I have not opened it as I am waiting for Astronara's prepaid label for return postage.

I would like to warn prospective online buyers about the duplicitous conduct of Astronara trading as Orivelle. Emilie Wickett, Perth, WA

The product may or may not be effective but the marketing is very defective. You are not told you are paying a subscription and only find out when the next much larger payment is taken. They promise a return and are so nice but nothing comes if it. A scam!

Absolute scam. Tried to cancel my order immediately. After reading reviews on productreview.com.au Overcharged, given complete runaround. Disputed with credit card company. Product arrived 3 weeks later. Does nothing. Eventually have to take loss. Totally agree with other reviewers. Totally misleading website. Writing this review so others don't get scammed by this sophisticate scam from this unscrupulous company.

I agree with the other reviewers that the company orders & charges you for more pens than you actually ordered. I have used the product for 3 months (morning & night) and there is no noticeable difference in my nails. Buyer beware!

This is a total scam. I started to order the nail fungus pens times 3. Then did a bit of research to see there was alot of bad reviews by independent reviewers. I cancelled all my details and was then charged in US dollars. The site made you think it was Australian. I really hope these scammers are caught and get what they deserve.

Had long term toe fungus which oral and topical treatments had not been able to improve. Used Orivlelle for about 3 months, went through 3 - did not make any noticeable difference

Follow-up  · Used treatment twice a day for probably 3 months No side affects, but no befit/improvements either Very easy to use but made zero difference I was left wondering if it’s actually just a scam

BUYER Beware!! I agree with the other review, this company is a scam. What appeared to be an Australian site with Australia dollars is something else. confirmation email with an order number but you could not view on their site the status. I was responding to their emails promptly and requesting cancellation. However they told me that the order had already been despatched. I received the tracking number a day later. LIARS!! Order not despatched. You would think that I would learn my lesson by now!! Stop ordering anything online until you have researched the company and the site.

Their ordering system is a scam. My husband wanted to order once and we ended up with 4 orders and 18 pens. Their 30 days guarantee is a scam, we sent emails to their Paypal account as well as did the return form on their website and still after a month, we have not received their return approval. We rang within an hour to stop the order but they… Read more

advised us that the 4 orders were already sent. Their product is a scam. Their advertisement shows "The product results are visible in 7 to 14 days". It is proven toenail fungus healing is a very long process. It was an Australian website but we were charged US dollars. The website orivelle.com.au now is closed but a new one is open orivelle-au.com. Stay away from them.
