Poor quality of Oroton bag – Manufacturing defect- almost new bag- hardly used- strap broke up from where handle starts. Such a poor quality- unexpected of Oroton. I have a Guess crossbody bag since 2018 that hasn’t broken despite being regularly used. Also very disappointed with Customer service online and instore (Liverpool Oroton outlet) not helpful.
