This company is a scam. Stay away from their website. No order confirmation. No record of purchase although the money is deducted for payment. After several weeks, the brace I ordered arrived and it was damaged and torn in several places. The email communication is a nightmare to try and get a response.

contacted the seller multiple times. They asked for a video in September, which I provided immediately, but even after that they kept saying they were “investigating.”
They never answer phone calls. However, if you leave a voicemail mentioning legal action, they will send a brief email, usually after ignoring your previous messages. It’s clearly a tactic to delay things until customers give up.
This company is extremely untrustworthy, almost like an online scam. No ethics, no honesty, and no responsibility for defective products.

Very happy with the shoes I ordered- prompt delivery. A pair were for my Mum who has fluid retention and very swollen feet- so much difficulty in finding appropriate footwear and these were perfect. I only had these shoes for not quite 2 months and wanted them as I am a nurse working 2-3 days a week. When I contacted the company with photos the best they could offer was 40% refund. Seriously stay away from this company - it appears from my experience and other reviews the quality falls very very short.
Orotex Chin Strap. Agree with previous comments. Presented to infer it comes from Australia but comes from Hong Kong resulting in delayed postage. No instructions on wearing and inferior quality. Does absolutely nothing to alleviate snoring. Complete waste of money.
