how do i get the driver

I have tried to install the software for my PS900, but I have Windows 10 and the driver does not work. Can you please if there is a link where I can get the correct driver.

Hi I have just tried to install the set up soft were for my new otek ps900 but I have windows 8 it the driver doesn't work could you plz give me a link to the driver soft were is id really like to try to use this product?

Hi, I would recommend contacting the manufacturer/distributer as many products seem to have difficulty with win8. Like many other people I know of, I spent time and money to buy my new laptop with win7 installed and will stick with it till win8 is no longer the new standard.

I receive a fail message and then it says no photo ???

Hi Trevor, the only time I experienced this problem was due to the carriage not being inserted correctly. One of the carriages gave problems at least 1 out of 5 times, so i simply utilised one of the other carriages that never caused a fault.

I loaned the unit to my Brother-in-law and he used a box knife to shave one corner of the faulty carriage and it now works perfectly.
