Oticon high cost, very poor support – Most unreliable hearing aids I have purchased. Failed in less than two years without the necessary support in Australia. The seller, Audika Australia fail to advise repair times. Oticon Australia fail to advise repair times. Oticon USA deny any responsibility outside USA. It means I must wait approximately 3 months for repairs with devices sent to the USA manufacturers for repair. DO NOT BUY OTICON OUTSIDE USA UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO GO WITHOUT HEARING UNTIL REPAIRED.

 Follow-up  · Oticon honored the product issue with a full refund. Their product range offers a more suitable choice.
