I just had my oven cleaned. Im on the gold coast. Absolutely amazing job, on time and nice fella. No issues there. One item that stood out though. $220 and he was here for 30 minutes exactly. 5 to 7 percent. No disrespect but we are talking about a cleaning job, not a medical specialist. Just giving some perspective here

Loving my sparkling clean oven – Luke did a fantastic job cleaning my oven. His communication from my initial enquiry onward was excellent, he was efficient, there was no mess and the oven is now like new.

Oven Clean – Many thanks to Luke for cleaning our oven today.He removed the glass in the door, for the inside stain.All of the oven was cleaned thoroughly. No mess involved he used protective covering on our kitchen surfaces .My really sparkles Thanks again Luke, from Sandy and John Leda

Poor customer service – Contacted ovenu for BBQ cleaning service , for a price quote. Spoke to various staff and none of them could give me a quote over the phone, as other BBQ cleaning services had done. Again i called their service, The time was now nearly 4:45pm, nearing to business closing time.

Now i was frustrated !!!! No courtesy return call back ,throughout the whole day?

The female could not understand where i was coming from with my frustration. She told me he will give me a call. I told her could she ,understand what i was saying and said to me ,"NO" I informed her that was a poorly run business.

I said ,after business hours when i am settling down for the evening, i also do not want to be disturbed.

I basically informed the female that was not how a business should be run.

Poor job and poor attitude – I used Craig to clean my oven and range-hood. The standard of his cleaning was poor. The shelves and rack in the oven were not put back correctly by him after his clean and they came off. cleaning job in the first place was my main complaint but his attitude to argue the point with me and not accept responsibility for his below standard service is the reason why I am posting a poor review.

Perfectly clean oven – If you don't want your near new $2500 oven to have scratches on the glass panels and the enamel to be scrapped off, then I suggest you clean it yourself.

Had Joshua and Genieve come in give our gas stainless steel oven and range hood a clean , all l can say they did a fantastic job and l would highly recommend them anytime, worth every dollar we spent, the oven was like new when they finished and this is a oven over 10 years old

Brand new – Excellent service - oven could not have started out in worse shape, and Sasa did an incredible job whipping it back into shape. The whole experience was efficient and easy, and for the outstanding job done the price was incredibly reasonable. Cannot live without Ovenu North Brisbane – Once again my oven looks new! Delightful Dan with his exemplary customer service is only outdone by his skill at restoring ovens, BBQs and cooktops. Ovenu - Cleaning gurus – Had Craig from Ovenu come to clean my oven after 7 years. He was punctual, friendly and explained what he was doing. Absolutely fantastic job not a mark left on it. Would definitely recommend.

Complete clean and friendly service – I’ve used Ovenu three times for oven cleaning and will definitely use them again. The cleaning is of the highest standard, and the couple who did it were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time and gave clear accurate estimations of time and price. Brought new life to a tacky oven – I had inherited an oven and a Ceramic Hob that looked pretty tacky when I moved in to my new apartment, I was considering getting a new oven and a hob. However I decided to give Rob & Elaine Becker from Ovenu Rivervale a go and I do not regret it. They done a pretty good job on the oven/hob to the point it's looking almost new again I would be using them again should I need their services.

Brilliant service – Claire and Warren just cleaned my oven, range hood and gastop in Brisbane. Did not possibly think it would come up as good as it did. They were so thorough, professional and lovely people as well. Also provided a great lead to help me get parts as well. well done, instead of 'saving' money by hiring some random person off Airtasker or something. This was about the best $160 i have ever spent! My oven is sparkling - Ryan took it apart completely and cleaned it absolutely thoroughly. He was nice and friendly (if you've ever had rude workers in the past, you know that this is something to appreciate) and extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend Ovenu!

Absolutely fantastic work - OvenU Redlands – Took the oven apart completely. Advised me that part of the oven could not be disassembled because the early models didn't allow that one piece of glass to be removed and showed me. The oven is spotless and beyond that, the fan noise that the griller and fan force used to make is absolutely silent now. It's absolutely brilliant. Thanks for the great service Gary. Definitely will be getting a yearly service on the oven.
