three units stopped working. I previously contacted the seller via eBay, and they provided replacement lids for two units. However, their customer support process has been confusing and unorganized—they seem to rely only on phone numbers and names rather than tracking issues by proper order numbers. As a result, they’ve struggled to differentiate between my multiple purchases.

Recently, I requested a replacement lid for the most recent unit, which is still under warranty. The seller claimed they had already issued a replacement lid, confusing it with an earlier request. Despite multiple attempts to clarify the situation over the course of a month, their team failed to acknowledge that this is a separate purchase still covered by warranty.

In frustration, I offered to purchase a replacement lid instead—only to be told they do not sell lids separately. This contradicts their previous action, where they charged me around $80 for a replacement lid in the past.

It’s incredibly disappointing to be left with a malfunctioning bin lid and no support, despite ongoing conversations and a clear explanation. The seller has shown little interest in resolving the issue from the customer’s perspective.

I no longer recommend this product or this seller. Extremely poor after-sales support, and misleading responses make this a frustrating experience overall. Product link

Very poor customer support – Don’t buy from this organisation. Once there is a problem they stop communicating with you hoping you will go away and ignore your request for a refund.

Scam fraud – Received product but was faulty went through the process and sent item back, have sent numerous emails but they won’t answer now and I still haven’t received my refund So fraud and huge scam do not buy from this company

An honest surprise – Haven't bothered with reviews for ages, but Oz Auction was more than generous and very honest in their dealings with me. I couldn't even guarantee that a small missing part was the fault of Oz Auction. I may have lost it in the garden. To cut a long story short, Oz Auction replaced the entire product. As I was still able to use the original purchase, with a bit of tinkering, I think their replacement was extremely generous. Thank you Oz Auction.

continually came out as the glue let go, so I pop riveted it into place - one star down. It does require a few minutes to simply, disassemble to fold up. I would recommend both the rower and dealing with Oz-auctions

Great Service – Purchased a high-pressure washer of these guys and it had a fault in the pump , so these things happen and there was no question about a refund and the return of the item at there cost! Well done service I would trust to purchase again from them. And it was done with no fuss and a great time frame.

Terrible Company on Ebay!!! – Final Received my order on the 22/12/2023 12 Days after Order Terrible service from this business lack of response in weeks. SCAM! – Ordered a pool on 10/11 and they marked it ebay as delivered on 14/11 then sent out an ETA for 17-21/11. By 21/11 I cancelled the ordered as the courier company hadn't even received the pool. Swivel stool chair total rubbish – Had no instructions for assembly I weigh under 60kg and it feels like it'll break or tipp over any second. Awful, horrible customer service. eBay reviews must be fake. Wasted money

Terrible Customer Service AVOID!! – This would have to be one if my worst online shopping experiences ever. I brought a ice maker for my cafe via their ebay store and it arrived badly damaged like it had been squashed or dropped. the video and then said that it was because the video was taken when it wasn't sunny and therefore that is why it wasn't working. I sent ANOTHER video showing the sun and how the panel was IN THE SUN. Now I have heard nothing. Next time will be paying via Paypal. Have no recourse because even though it is name Oz-Auction, I truly believe that the company is in CHINA and working out of a warehouse in Australia.

Wish i can give less than one star – Worst delivery and quality. Assembly design of the product is crap. Will never prefer 0z-auction. False delivery promises on ebay.. Don't order from this seller.

Fraudulent Seller – Seller never even had the item in stock yet advertised it anyway. 100% fraudulent. Tried to lie and state it was advertised as a presale when the ad clearly stated the seller had 5 of them in stock. Still awaiting refund from this scam artist.

Terrible quality chicken coop and appalling customer service – The item arrived in terrible condition with multiple damaged areas and in general was such bad quality not fit for any animal. Despite my photos showing the damage and asking for a refund I was offered $20 in compensation. Even with a full refund I’m still over $100 out of pocket for shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS!!

No item received! Beware – I contacted via SMS to enquire about items on Gumtree with this company. Answers received quickly until money sent. Since then, 1st Aug 21, no items received despite enquiries. Fair trading should be involved.

0/10 Horrible, cheap and nasty! – Poor quality, drill holes for DYI don't even line up correctly with parts. After six snapped magnetic holders I realised it's just a cheap and nasty draw set. If I could give them a 0 I would – I purchased an item from Oz-auction and I wanted to refund the item. I sent the item back to them and sent them a photo of the signature from their employee proving that it was received and yet I haven't got my refund. It's been 3 months and nothing, they've essentially stolen $84.99 from me. Stay away I don't recommend at all.

this very DODGY company. We believe they are just dragging this out and nothing will be done.It looks like they have put parts from a tip into a brown box. They didnt offer to send a new tv cabinet or refund.I would advise to stay away from oz-auctions e-bay you will get nothing but headaches.

Misleading And Nasty Customer Service – Misleading seller marked as delivered sent 1 out of 4 parts and that one part he sent was damaged. Customer service blame the courier people and the delivery people blame the seller. The nasty women over the phone hung up after saying she don't know where the rest of my item at.... be aware and look at the negative feedback before you hit the 'Pay' button. Getting Ebay involved as I reported him already.

Worst delivery service!!! – We got a furniture delivered and it's bulky and heavy around 60kg. The delivery company OZ Auction used only had one driver and he asked for help from my man who had to climb into the back of the truck on road side and helped push the furniture down the truck which was high and up the stairs into our unit. If anything happened to him who would take the responsibility? Would never use Oz Auction again.

A bunch of thieves – I returned the item weeks ago and they refuse to refund me my money. They also have the same item listed multiple times on their site for varying amounts to trick unsuspecting buyers. They deserve to go bankrupt. Hope they have a nice time in hell.

Ripped off – I bought a pressure washer. It was advertised with 5 nozzles plus an oscillating nozzle as a bonus. The 5 nozzles weren’t in the box when delivered. Multiple emails. Provided documents requested. No response since. Out of pocket another $45 to buy after-market nozzles. This mob is shonky in my view.
