Oz Lotteries

They automatically closed my account because I hadn't made a transaction for a while. Then they drained my account of my winnings using a 'not active' account fee that was hidden in their T&C's. They are crooks... don't use this website. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Ozlotteries are a crook company,they took money from my account for a membership that I never wanted,I tried to get my money back but the representative was non english verbal,stay clear of these crooks.

I always buy my lottery ticket on line normally the next day after draw I get an email advising whether my ticket won anything but recently I played poker all but I didn’t get an email whether my ticket is a winner or not

Worst experience with Oz Lotto – I wasted too much money on oz lotto. If you need 5 number, they match 4, if u need 4 for getting prize, they will match 3 in many tickets but never match 4. My personal experience is not gorgeous with Oz lotto since 2012. Last 12 years, reward nothing. Leaving soon. You guys also do responsible gambling. Don’t waste too much money

I won $736,367 and still waiting after 4 months – I won $736,367 on division 1 in Saturday Lotto. I am still waiting to get paid out after 4 months. They always say the cheque is in the mail. This site is a scam, I keep complaining and get nowhere.

The app that fails in high demand – Totally understand the amount of traffic to a site can blow it up but on a historic lotto payout you would have thought they could have better prepared the app. Loads of cancelled syndicates and tickets just as the draw was happening and hundreds of accounts re credited. paypal but as i hadnt deposited through paypal i couldnt do that until i had deposited with paypal. So I deposited another $5 with paypal only to find out you can only withdraw winnings from this grubby mob, money gone. So now I cannot get my money back as I will not play with ozlotteries.

Over charging – All of a sudden a few months ago cost went up 15%, a Power Hit went from $27 to $31. No problems , I have stopped buying from my account and moved my business to a competitor that is 15% cheaper

Disgraceful – From my recent experience and that of every other 1 star review, management clearly don't care about the dismal service & the bad reviews they receive. I can not imagine the money this site is bleeding compared to what it could be making if run correctly. I expect to see some jobs advertised for new management soon.

this was not highlighted at checkout. My last point is about their syndicates options only becoming valid purchases IF all shares are purchased, which you may not find out till after the draw! Issue with this is that you cannot cancel the ticket online if it is still pending as you have to go through customer services which may take 24 hrs to respond. Plus they take your money straight away even though you don’t have a ticket which means you cannot go and buy a ticket last minute if you haven’t received your syndicate ticket yet. In summary, I have closed my account and will never use them again.

MORE EXPENSIVE THAN www.thelott.com – Every time I attempted to buy tickets with these guys, there is a problem with their payments system and I have to rely on their LIVE CHAT to fix it. Well, I've had a gut full of them so I went looking for an alternative and found www.thelott.com For some reason, the tickets are cheaper. Not sure how that works but everything about the process worked without a hitch and I got my Powerball tickets. Good luck to me :-)

MY SITUATION IT NEVER HAPPENED. The last few months I’ve been buying tickets EVERY SINGLE DAY, purchasing multiple tickets, slikpiks, systems and my own numbers, purchasing both online and in stores, joining multiple syndicates BIG and Small ones. I always have atleast 5 - 10 tickets for Oz Lotto even when the jackpot is small i never missed a week, as well as Powerball & Saturday Lotto. I also joined SUPER66 and SET FOR LIFE even bought a slikpik 30 for SET FOR LIFE and all i won was coins. All these tickets were PURCHASED every single week for the past months! I also joined syndicates for Monday and Wednesday I usually get system 12’s of those hoping to get something as well as buying slipik 50’s all the time. But No. I NEVER WIN. Today is my last day playing as I joined 15 Syndicates for Saturday Lottery with multiple systems including a System 14, 12’s, system 10’s, 9’s, 8’s, 7’s & system 5’s. I purchased a total of atleast $700 from multiple Sydicates just for the Saturday Megadraw. Before this I also had 15 syndicates in Powerball all tickets containing multiple Powerpik Systems.

It’s laughable and sad at the same time as I was scanning the tickets the next day and get atleast $3 - 12$ on some of them. I spent thousands of dollars on Lottery and the maximum prize I got all these months was $100 and that only happened twice. My usual win was from $0 - $30. But usually NONE.

TO END THIS MY CONCLUSION IS ITS A SCAM. STOP SUPPORTING LOTTERY IN AUSTRALIA. JUST SAVE YOUR MONEY. I got hooked because hoping to atleast get some money back. But THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I never win anything – I’ve brought a lot of tickets over the years and still haven’t won anything. I’d understand if I won the occasional 50 or 20 but Its always the same “Unfortunately Your ticket did not win this time”Deceitful.

are very rare in winning numbers, so to have every single game including a set of consecutive numbers clearly shows that the ticket numbers were not randomly generated.

Dont use them expensive and dishonest – still struggling to get paid 25 days after i won a prize. Other providers like the Lott are cheaper and you will get paid much quicker and the full amount.

there and they are not letting me access it. They then send me an email asking me to reply with sensitive personal identifiable information OVER EMAIL! Anyone with half a brain could scrape my details and use them. If they can't even follow basic security protocols then it makes me wonder how secure my information is with them.
