Sold me a Aqua Buddy Pool cleaner that was totally useless, and had a bent floor plate. No help other than an offer of a few bucks refund without fixing the issue.

I bought a chest of drawers, provided delivery instructions, unaware they needed assembly, as it is not advertised as such. My delivery was left outside in a public place, stolen, police were involved and recovered it, boxes opened and pieces jumbled. I asked about return after all that stress and was told I had to pay for it. I had to find someone to assemble it which took hours. It was not a good experience and the materials of cheap quality.

Bought a devanti slushie machine barrel cracked they said they would refund me I have sent over and over messages they want my bank details to send refund but they don't get any of them it's against eBay's laws to put details on their email so there's no way I'm going to get my refund , I'm very angry

Have bought various no battery or mechanical items from OzPlaza and issues were fixed without issue. However faulty parts were fixed by a partial refund which would have been an issue had I not already had spares. The issues people report is why… Read more

you buy from them via ebay and pay via paypal and pay the paypal via credit card. All three offer back up and refund for warranty issues. If ebay don't help you move on to paypal and if they do not help your credit card provider sure will.

Avoid like the plague ! Disgraceful & dishonest company who cannot comply with Australian consumer law , can’t fix a failed recliner chair 6 months into a 12 month warranty period , offered a part refund after I educate them on ‘fit for purpose’ & ‘merchantable’ quality Save your money & heartache, shop elsewhere !

Bought a Giantz water pump from them 10 months ago. Pump got extremely noisy to the point the neighbours were complaining. After seeing reviews on this site almost wasn’t going to bother to try to get a replacement but had a go anyway. Same day response to my first email. They then asked me to upload a video of the noisy pump and much to my surprise a new pump was dispatched to me the next day. Can’t fault them for customer service.

Extremely Happy Customer – Brought a boat cover and it started to deteriorate prior the warranty ending. The company without hesitation, sent a replacement boat cover, after i had sent the appropriate photos and information regarding the deteriorating cover. The cover was dispatched, and I received the new boat cover with in a few days. I must add that the communication was at top level. Will shop again with this company. Many thanks. This company is the biggest scammer and are ripping customers off. Please report to the ACCC and to Fair trading. Be careful as they use platforms such as eBay. receive emails with updates on courier tracking, nothing. Of course emails were all received two hours after my cancellation request was denied with a tracking number. Funny that!! I had also checked the website against this item via eBay which clearly stated I could cancel. The courier had not collected the item so they were caught out lying. I sent numerous emails and they take hours to respond so by this stage the courier had collected late afternoon the courier. They sent me emails asking if they wanted me to cancel the courier when it was clearly evident when I cancelled and requested a refund. It was just a plot to prolong time for the courier to collect the parcel. Be very careful and read all the reviews because they are negative. The most disappointing part of this experience has been the lack of customer service. It is impossible to reach the company by phone—there is no answer—and emails have gone unanswered as well. There has been no support, no response, and no assistance regarding warranty or repair.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from OzPlaza Living Online. If something goes wrong with your product, you may be left without support and facing unnecessary stress and financial loss.

BEWARE .. Oz Plaza will scam you. Oz Plaza sent me a useless packet of sweets instead of the $75. battery that I ordered. Tracking said the order was delivered, but not the item that I had ordered. Oz Plaza would not reply to my messages. This is an on running scam that they get away with on ebay, just check their negative feedback. ??? BEWARE

Payed money for a generator box that has never been delivered cannot get in touch with them for a refund.bought through weto oz plaza. Oz plaza say it's nothing to do with them,offered no help. Poor quality, defective furniture; terrible customer service, who will not assist with refunds or replacements or any type of remedy/compensation. Would strongly advise against purchasing anything from OzPlaza

They advertise an item as being all inclusive with photos but upon receiving it you discover you cannot actually use this item unless you purchase several other items.. will be dealt straight away , then with in a certain period of time, of the highest order, to be sent straight to the manager , to resolve this issue.. which never happens. There are many other identical items on being sold on eBay, Big W, Myer etc websites all stating the opposite… They did help in the end after much stress... I've tried so many ways to get in contact with these guys over a battery operated car that was used 4 times and no won't charge its horrible. . the phone number won't ring. emails wont send. can't even contact the manufacturer over it. I want my money back.

Bought an Icemaker from ozplaza and the water pump seized after a couple of months, impossible to contact Ozplaza for warranty spares. No response , no email, nothing, they just don't get back to me after numerous emails.

pool blanket, rubbish. they use all the right words in the advert.. the blanket is very thin and is difficult to roll up. it starts to crincle and fold and within 8 months the sides deteriorated and again a few months later we have lots of small plastics in the pool. after 14 months it is a total write off. Liars that use Aramex (Australia's worst courier) – Unfortunately I ordered a product from this "company" on 13 Dec, with the Ebay listing stating "last order dates for Christmas delivery", which was 16 Dec for Brisbane metro. conditions'. They instead state: "How are my items delivered? : Your item(s) will be delivered via Australia Post eParcel service in most cases, but can also be delivered by Toll or Allied Express. Once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse, your eBay order is automatically updated with the tracking number."

Upon querying this on 24 Dec and why my order still hasn't even made to the Aramex Melbourne depot, someone called "[Name Removed]" tells me that orders take between 5-10 working days. This is not stated anywhere on the Ebay listing. Clicking on 'Terms and Conditions' now mysteriously fails with a 404 Not Found error.

"[Name Removed]" then proceeds to flat out lie to me by saying that the listing states last orders 'dispatched' before 16 Dec will make it for pre-Christmas delivery. It clearly does not state or even infer this.

It is now 30 Dec with no delivery and Aramex tracking showing that the order, despite supposedly being picked up on 16 Dec still hasn't made it to their Melbourne depot for delivery to Brisbane metro.

Edit: Finally delivered later on 30 Dec. I still stand by my review above and the product is cheap and nasty.

Avoid if you can!!! – Devanti 12L dehumidifier. Avoid this company. I desperately needed a dehumidifier as the 96% humidity in my unit was affecting the packaging on my chemo medications. with eBay 17/12/202 as still not arrived. Received another email stating it had just been accepted by the courier, again, and was 'estimated' to be delivered by 20/12/2024. No transparency, no applogy for the delay. I can't afford to buy another dehumidifier in the interim, so they have my money, and I have nothing. Avoid if you can.

Very Bad, do not use – Will not use this company ever again. Been waiting nearly 4 weeks for a parcel to arrive, 2 weeks more than their advertised estimate. The customer service has been very average and so far have refused to give a refund.

Keep scrolling – Returned a gaming chair I bought, could only be sent by courier, I couldn't do it personally. I booked it through a courier company I use through my work. 1 week later I'm being told that the proof of return I supplied was 'blurry' and to provide a tracking number (I did supply a signed POR with name, date, time, courier company & job number) so unsure how they couldn't send the info. Good customer focus – Purchase an item from Ozplaza Living which was delivered with parts missing. Ozplaza wanted me to return the item in the original packaging, which was not possible, so they agreed to refund the purchase price because they no longer stocked the item and couldn't provide an alternative.
