Ozito 700W Airless Paint Sprayer

The worst ever spray unit – Possibly the worst most inefficient spray unit I have ever had the misfortune to use. I used it once it started stopped the struggled to push unthined fence paint. It’s a piece of Chinese junk!
Purchased in at Bunnings Warehouse for $399.
Works well, poor instructions and woeful support – 5 stars for the sprayer; 1 star for the poor instructions and support from Ozito, Beware an open box - parts will have been taken. Sprayer applies paint like a champ. You'll go through a 4L tin before you know it. It'll take longer to clean up than do the paint job, especially for oil based paints. Speaking of oil based paints, it's hard to get the pressure perfect and the pump can struggle a bit with heavier paints. Perhaps thinning would have worked well, despite the advice in the manual not to.
Now to the bad: the spray tip has two tiny parts, a washer and spacer. The instructions fail to mention these parts when they tell you to prime the gun, so guess what - if you follow the instructions, you will lose the parts. So either ignore the manual re. disassembling the spray gun, or make darned sure you remove the parts before proceeding.
I contacted Ozito, who were useless and advised I order a replacement tip - $60-70! The first sprayer I bought - last one in stock - was missing the entire red spray tip. I have to assume other customers have had exactly the same experience as I, and have simply helped themselves to a "spare part". Given the poor instructions that lead directly to the loss of these parts, and Ozito's lack of support, I can see why someone might be tempted to do that. Fortunately I've found that I can buy replacement tips on Amazon for about $10.
