Small, handy, great value – Works very nicely with car and bicycles tyres, balls, etc. , but you need a 12V outlet to use it, cannot be connected to 240V outlet. Surprisingly powerful and quick and small enough to carry in the boot. Purchased for $39 in Bunnings. A rather simple manual is unnecessarily large that seems like a waste of paper, but otherwise it is hard to find anything wrong with this unit.

Does the job – This is a cheap inflator which adequately inflates car tyres, balls, tubes etc. It is 12 volt and plugs directly into the cigarette lighter of your car. This is the only power source, it will not plug into 240v outlet. Whilst I wouldn't wish to pump up a large 4x4 flat tyre with this, it would probably get there eventually. It works very well… Read more

topping up car tyres, and will inflate from 25psi to 32 psi in a minute or two. The connector screws onto the tyre valve, so there are no leaks or issues with it popping off. The main thing with these sort of inflators IS NOT PSI rating. This is actually pretty irrelevant. What you need is airflow. This unit pumps 35 litres per minute. The other Ozito model on this site (dual 12 volt & 240 volt) only pumps around 14 litres on 240v. More expensive units will pump 75 litres and upwards, but these are significantly more expensive. For around $30 the Ozito 12 volt compressor does a very good at topping up and inflating wheels. Very happy with it and very easy to use. It is nice and small and easily packs into small spaces. It comes with a few different nozzles for balls etc.
