Ozito PXC 11mm 18V Cordless Glue Gun PXGGS-011

Does the job; much better value than the Ryobi – I was a bit sceptical that a battery powered glue gun would work well - both being slow to heat and too bulky. However the Ozito is neither; it heats up in about the 2 minutes the marketing material claims, and though it's bigger than the cheap 7mm craft glue guns it's not awkward to use. Indeed, not having a power cord dragging around the place makes it much easier to manoeuvre.
It seems fairly well built with sturdy materials. There's a white LED light at the base that I guess is supposed to light up the work area, but it's pretty lame and can be turned off by holding the power button for a few seconds. It comes with two nozzles, and a protector that helps prevent melting/burning things that get in the way when you're laying down some glue!
This seems quite comparable to the Ryobi version at less than half the price.
